Male elf assassin

I'll play a Male Human Mage in my first playthrough. I intend to do a Dwarf and Elf playthrough, too, though. Not 100% sure about the Qunari yet, but we'll see. :-)

I can't imagine playing the male Qunari as anything but a warrior but apparently according to this thread, male qunari and mage are a good combination. I equate this with an image of the incredible hulk running around and casting magic with a flimsy staff which is hilarious to me.

Most likely will try out in pararell Human Male Warrior/Rogue, and Female Mage Elf.

I can't make up my mind between Dwarf Artificer, Qunari Necromancer, Qunari Tempest, Human Rift Mage, Elven Assassin, and Elven Knight Enchanter. I don't really do warriors or females and don't usually play humans either, but then again this game might be different.

 

Just curious if any of you besides me are taking racial added abilities and resistances into consideration like I am.

Gah, I still don't know! I think qunari female, but then I go back and forth because I can make such a pretty human female with long hair and I'm just so confused!

I'd like to play a male qunari, but I'll have to see the horn/hair combinations first. If they're all too unappealing, human it is.

I was thinking female elf, then I saw the freaky-noodle arms.

 

So then I was thinking female Quanri, then I saw (some of) the hair/horn-styles.

 

So now I'm possibly going to select a female dwarf. Other than humans I haven't seen something about their design that made me go 'Eh. I don't know if I'd be able to ignore that.'

 

I will get around to all the races, but for the first one.....Dwarf or human, I guess. (which would be my first non-elf first DA playthough)

 

But we'll see, I may change my mind once I get into the cc.

I'd love to play as a Qunari... but I am really, really intrigued by the human mage backstory and the implications it has for the plot, so I might actually pick that. Qunari is definitely going to be my second playthrough at least, though.

Male Human Warrior (yeah yeah  "booo! most boring choice ever!" but, it works with my 9 characters over 3 world states because I've picked other race/class combos elsewhere)

 

Other world state chars are:

 

Female Elf Rogue

Male Qunari Mage

 

Wardens were:

 

Male Elf Mage

Female Noble Human Rogue

Male Noble Dwarf Warrior

 

Also have Mage, Warrior and Rogue Hawkes.

Female human warrior (reaver or templar) has made it up to first.

 

My female qunari mage (knight enchanter) is sitting on the backburner for the time being. I'll wait and see what mods/DLC/patches come out.
