Another thing that comes to mind when designing armour that makes the femininity of women wearing it clear - not stripperiffic armour, but that which shows somewhat of a woman's curves - is that, from this point of view, the issue is usually plate armour. Which is pretty realistic, plate armour would generally hide the shape of the person wearing it. So, rather than making plate armour "revealing" (which tends to look silly), use other types of armour instead. A suit of mail offers good protection, yet still shows off a fair bit of the wearer's body shape. Look at stuff like this:

Clearly female, yet completely practical. No need for things like chest windows or armoured dresses to demonstrate that that's a woman and a warrior at the same time.
Now, I will admit that, in general, this isn't purely a "sexy women" thing. I much prefer the early medieval armour aesthetic, with heavy use of mail and only the odd bit of plate here and there (and no "full plate" type armours) to the exaggerated late medieval style we have in DA, where everyone and his dog is tooled out in full plate heavier than that worn by pretty much any historical knight. And even the so-called "chainmail", is basically plate with a bit of mail at the top. I'd love a few realistic mail coats and the like in DA:I
