Maybe their spirit merged with our Quizzy and that's how they were saved  or maybe with Hawke or maybe...I have no idea what I'm saying.

I hope they didn't just make them disappear so they could kill them off, that'd be disappointing and make sad.  I'd prefer if they revealed that my Warden went screw it all and decided to just go home.  Why'd they have to drag my Warden into this in DA2, I wish they had just left them alone.  :crying:

.......

The Warden will be cured of the taint thus no longer a Warden and will be there in the flesh.

The Warden will have left the Wardens thus no longer a Warden and will be there in the flesh.

......

I like these ideas, fingers crossed eh.

Don't know what a red warden is, but thanks.  I think there is a slight possibility they might be lying, since the already showed Hawke, maybe also showcasing the Warden (in whatever form they might take in the game) might be too spoiler-ish.  Remember the Dark Knight Rises?  The people working on the movie flat out stated that Talia would not be in the movie, and her appearance was one of the movie's major plot twists!

joke i made to give a voice to my fellows who were disgruntled about the news

Red is often affiliated with rage and wardens is for the love of our past heroes. Put together its "red wardens" , it has a strong resemblance to DC's "red lantern corp" which is one my fave enemies. (Nerd power)

I imagine they have scenarios planned for whatever choices your Warden made.  If on release day we find out they don't, and Bioware was lazy about it, then we can all be angry about it haha.

Very true, I'm going to put my faith for BioWare on this one but if theirs writers messed up again. I'm officially angry, that said I'm curious about the Alchemical Concoction Avernus made since it's supposed to delay the Calling and if our Warden drank it. Will this will ensure that our Warden could make a physical appearance in the future DA games.

Seriously though.

My Warden was useful enough. I want him to still be being useful.

Since he's with Morrigan, and Morrigan is doing ****, I can only hope she hasn't let him mysteriously disappear and references him doing important stuff.

I say we write a strong letter showing our disapproval.
But really lets wait and see and if the do screw us we rage harder.
Another concern is my PCs were the eqaulvelent to african american but hawke was caucasion now im concerned about this for obvious reasons

I'm actually surprised that in Bioware's cannon the Warden died.  They usually base canon decisions like that on what the majority of the people who payed the game chose,  and most people chose to accept Morrigan's ritual and live.

The day Bioware stops treating my emotions like a rubber ducky in a typhoon is the day I get bored of their games.

We aren't bringing back the Warden in DAI... sort of.

I will flip 2.5 tables, take a deep breath, and then be sad about it for a bit.

My Wardens aren't quitters, dangit! ...Well, except for Chuck. He'd probably quit.

The mere mention of rubber duckies plays with my emotions...  :?

They sometimes do - remember when the comics about Alistair were published?  In those comics, it was assumed that in the first game, Alistair was made king.  The reason for this, Bioware said, was because a majority of the people who played the game made Alistair king, and he's also king in their canon.

Probably just easier rather than having the whole old god baby thing to handle without players playing DA:O. But, if the Warden isn't in DA:I we should hopefully get an idea as to why s/he disappeared, and their involvement in DA:4 or DA:I DLC. I personally don't see the Warden dying of screen or even on screen as their is just too much connection to our characters for us to not make a choice about the Warden's fate.

I'm not sure why they bother with killing the warden in the BW canon. If he/she is not going to show up anyway, might as well have them alive.

Ah, I see. Wonder what that means? I doubt he'll be sending love letters to the inquisitor.

I was actually a little upset when they suggested he'd been killed off offscreen. That's an ill-fitting way to go for a major character and favored companion chief of security to the queen.

At this point, I almost expect that they will pull a Jacob on us Zevran fans...

How would they do that if he doesn't even appear, though? Is some random woman gonna run up to you and tell you about how this guy you've never heard of left this person you don't know and made her pregnant? :S

The game itself, sure. Lol, but I liked this metaphor.
