Looks like it. The first human lady had the same hairstyle, and there's that braid updo. And the short hair at :36 looks the same as that one female elf. I really like that one. Bangs.I'm glad at least some of the hair is shared between genders.

Looking at the elf lady and all I can think is: Long ears at last!!!
I feel bad saying this, but the vashoth horns look like ram horns. All I could think while I was watching was, it's too bad DAI didn't come out in time for Rosh Hashanah, or else I'd make a joke about how the vashoth should being able to hollow out a horn to use as a shofar. (I know, bad joke. I'm sorry.)

Gonna make big ol' ears, that CC looks godly. Would love for some of the DAO vallaslin designs to come back for this game, those were nice. I'm also hoping to talk to some halla at some point.

Now that you mention it, earrings would be pretty cool. I don't think we've seen those in DA before, have we? Hopefully they thought of that... They borrowed heavily from Kingdoms of Amalur so hopefully they copied the earring options from that game's CC as well.

I really liked the piercing options in KoA, so that would be cool if they borrowed that from them. The only earrings I remember are Varric's and the Arishok's.

I noticed that, too. It's hard to tell since the human female is only shown close up. I'd settle for at least a forehead width difference in height.

I played the City Elf Origin first, and immiately noticed that Shianni and Cyrion had big beautiful ears while mine were tiny. I had to come up with a whole elaborate backstory about how my Warden's ears were cut off by drunken humans when she was little to explain how she wound up with tiny ears compared to her family's.

Based upon this image, it looks like elves are just as tall as humans, perhaps with a slighter build otherwise.

Hmm, even there it's hard to tell. Sera looks pretty tall, but Solas looks shorter compared to Cullen and Cole who are nearest to him and only a little taller than Cassandra.

You're right, there is definitely some ambiguity there. Especially since there seems to be a little height difference between those who are the same gender and race, too.
Hmm, it could be that elves are still a little shorter, but in that case it still doesn't seem to be extent of DA:O. Wasn't the male elf shorter than the female human in DA:O?

Yes he was.. a lot shorter actually. Also I had no idea that Cassandra was that short... maybe it's different in the game? Taller elves might have been part of the redesign, but the one in the CC looks much smaller than a human, so... I'm not really sure what to think.
I think I did hear something about the party members having unique body models, not just Iron Bull... perhaps that includes different heights? I mean... that's not a terrible idea, but Sera looks really tall for an elf in that photo...
