Considering all three females, spit roast wouldn't be what it is called.   :P

The only reason that the warden "wins" is because origins was a better game. Dat bias.

Neither of them win in my case. They both die.

Noble or Commoner? What if I say that my dwarven warden can beat your dwarven warden at a drinking contest!!

Noble, I shall prove that the Aeducan is supreme at battling anyone and at drinking contest. Raise your mug and bring it on!, my dwarven friend!!

Hawke: "Why are you wearing armor? I thought you were a mage."

Warden wins.

My Dalish archer would put an arrow right between Hawke's eyes before he could even think to react.

Hawke will slaughter the Warden while he is still shuffling in to position to attack, and then he'll drop a witty one liner about the Warden's emotionless stare

but hey, ive never hidden my dislike of the Warden

My mage Warden wears plate armor, casts elemental wave magic, doesn't need to cast anything else, just stands there and kills anything that tries to attack her. Without needing to lift a finger, killed The Mother without needing to lift a sword, did however, to speed the combat up, but wasn't necessary. :)  Battlemage for the win!

But again, neither will attack each other.  Less its the male Warden, then my Hawke could butcher him with ease, he was warrior class that sucked....warrior Hawke sucked too....warriors in general suck.  Rogues and Mages win!  :D   All hail Rogue/Mage Warden and Hawkes!

Warrior Warden could actually be a pretty damn good damage dealer.  Hell, my favorite Warden is my human-hating Tabris and he was a 2-hander warrior DPS/tank.  He basically slaughtered his way through DA:O, Awakening, and Golems of Amgarrak.

As for warrior Hawke, I guess you could be right.  The DPS for even a 2-hander Hawke was just horrible compared to dual-wield and archer rogue Hawke and mage Hawke.  Hopefully BW fixed that in DA:I.

I cant really say that the warrior class sucked, I am not interested in the warriors myself, so its more of my opinion on warriors sucking cause I don't like them. I did play the warrior class twice in each game, to make more viable characters to be teamed up with in DA2 as well. Then again, that was before I found 3 or 4 rogues to be awesome team ups. I prefer rogues and mages.

I prefer rogues too, though mages and warriors are a toss-up for my second favorite.  The ability to take a lot of damage and stay standing, or the ability to dish it out and corral enemies with AoE spells... I like both options, but I have to say that being a sneaky, backstabbing rogue is the best overall.   ;)

Rogues tend to be my first choice, mages my second, but started DAO with mage the very first time, till I played a rogue the first time, and prefer Rogue. I know I do plan on Qunari female mage, reasoning over rogue is cause I read what was said. The mage will get reactivity for sure about the explosion and the breach in veil, meaning the mage inquisitor will be looked at as the source first, or be blamed first, the qunari female is so new, never had one in the previous games. Otherwise, I would of gone with rogue if hadn't known that tidbit beforehand.

The Warden. He could dual wield axes and swords. That ability is beyond Hawke.

Hawke: "Hey Warden! Thanks for hogging my spotlight, you jerk!"

Warden: "Why don't you try and make sure the next problem you solve won't result in another problem, Hawke!"

Hawke: "Everything worked out in the end!"

Warden: "All you managed to accomplish in seven years was getting the Viscount killed, a qunari invasion to happen because you got fooled by your pirate friend, lost your mother because of a serial killer you couldn't track down and at the end got fooled by your spirit mage friend even though it was clear from the start that he was crazy!"

Hawke: "So?"

Warden: "So, good day!"

Hawke would probably try to kite the Warden around in a circle... old habits die hard sometimes.

Dragon's Peak support the Warden. Waking Seas stand with the Warden. Western Hills throw their lot with the Warden, Maker help us. Wait we're not in the landsmeet?!
