- what are you supporting or not supporting in Huerta hospital with the 2 women?
- why is it renegade to salute and finish the marine cheer in the bar with James when you first meet him there?
- what type of biotic implant does vanguard/adept Shepard have? I hear L2s and L5s mentioned but does it ever say what he has?
- why is Bailey, c-sec officer, whereing an alliance uniform?
Anyone else got any... Questions or answers?

1) This was probably just supposed to prompt the player to think about what constitutes being alive ,and the whoever buys a bunch of stuff for us decides the name was probably supposed to be some commentary on the way things work in our society.
2) Because paragon/renegade options/interrupts are the only choice system there is in the game so they just picked one. My guess is they went with renegade because the cheer has a more renegade attitude to it but I believe you just get straight reputation out of it anyways.
3) I believe it was said somewhere that they are variations of the L5.
4) Character model reuse.

Adepts have L5x implants, and Vanguards have L5n implants. Liara's the only character that ever mentions Shepard being a particular class within the vanilla part of the game, other than that, Shepard is a Soldier most, if not all, cutscenes.

When Samantha brings up Grissom, she mentions that Shepard may of been at the school if it was open 20 years ago if Shepard is playing as a biotic

Hmm, I never really noticed that. Some things are just a bit too small to really make a difference in the narrative.

Those little details though are the type of thing I appreciate in a game, if there's enough of them they add up to enough attention to detail to make the game feel much more alive.Hmm, I never really noticed that. Some things are just a bit too small to really make a difference in the narrative.

Samantha will also mention Shepard being a colonist. Don't know about a spacer Shepard

Yeah, I'm a Spacer. Not sure if I've ever noticed a difference since I don't change my Shep's service history.

If you're a spacer, you get to talk to your mother at some point during the game I believe

Only within the Citadel DLC, otherwise, Hackett will mention that she's alive.

Unless he's talking about ME1 when you do that side mission (Spacer background) and talk to her in the comm room.
"Old unhappy far off things", I think it's called.

In regards to Bailey if you look closely at everyone in an alliance uniform, including Shepard, you'll notice it's the same body with a different head. You can get away with it the first two runs without noticing but by the third you're shaking your head at it.

@Rane you meet him in the wards entrance and talk to your mum and find out he was on Mindoir which is where colonist Shep story begins. I love how they did that.

Some of the things I can't figure out after playing this game several times over...
- what are you supporting or not supporting in Huerta hospital with the 2 women?
That conversation was connected to a chain of old Cerberus news stories from ME2:
The discussion at Huerta Memorial just gives Shepard a chance to weigh in with his or her opinion on whether or not Huerta is still Heurta, and gain a few free reputation points.
O/T: LOL @ "Down with the Zombie!"

There's also a bit in the Ardat-Yakshi monastery where as a biotic, if Kaidan is in your squad and Samara survived- when she does the biotic leap down, where he wishes that she could teach them that.

I sure hope they bring back those Cerberus Daily News briefs (minus the Cerberus, of course). Those were one of my favorite parts about ME2 and they were such a simple little thing to add in, since it's basically just text.

Yeah, I'd love to see something similar return as well. They add to the atmosphere of the game universe and similar to codex entries, expand the backstory and lore.

Coincidentally I played that mission last night where you talk to your mother. But it always feels like I'm talking to Helena Blake. ![]()

I actually missed it the first few times I played.

It's like foxnews but with less BS and only slightly more xenophobic. Not that I can talk much living in modern Australia is like a foxnews special.

I just love how countries founded on immigrants with the immigrants far outpopulating the natives turn into racist hellholes.
Hypocracy beyond description. Hilarious.

Just found the Cerberus Daily News forum and it looks very interesting. I think I might join it.

I don't really understand the Cerberus News Network. Is it those news terminals in-game or what...?
If you're talking about ME2, then it does exist on the main menu, but because the updates have passed, all previous news can't viewed anymore. The same goes for ME3. ME3 had like Alliance News Network on the terminal in the main menu when the game was still being supported and the game was still pretty new.
