I think the difference between the two is more noticeable because Mark's work improved a lot. Jennifer's was pretty steadily awesome throughout.
Where's the emotion

I know that in ME3 they weren't reading from paper scripts, and there was a lot more play off others. Mark got to play off Lance Henricksen and Martin Sheen like Jen did. Same with the rest of the cast. It was more live. ME1 and part of ME2 things were done the old way. Jen was used to both. Mark was fairly new at it. Jen is not a gamer but rather a professional voice actress and has been for years. Mark like we said was a lot newer at it.
I really like Mark's sense of humor and ability to get into other characters, too. Like his volus and vorcha characters.

When FemShep was romancing someone she never seemed to be enjoying herself like BroShep

She seemed to enjoy herself with Liara.
Whatever a person thinks of Liara as a character -- not gonna get into that -- I thought Ali Hillis and Jennifer Hale had fantastic chemistry; I was impressed, and really it started with LotSB. Haven't played a broshep/Liara romance yet... so couldn't say anything about Mark's efforts there.

I've seen it, don't bother.

I do have to admit that having a relationship with Liara is a bit awkward after saying: "I thought Asari needed other species to reproduce."
Liara: "Think, Shepard. Our species would have died out long ago if we had to depend upon other species for reproduction. It was only after we discovered interstellar flight and made contact with other species that we discovered that we could reproduce with them."
Shepard: "I should go."
This would have been the perfect opportunity to implement an approval system. Say something stupid, the scientist will like you less.

You already know what happens and there is no risk of spoilers, so you could always youtube it before deciding whether you want to do a Male Shep playthrough.
Meer was just as good I thought, at least in LotSB & ME3.

Yeah that's true, and honestly that's probably the only way to go for me. I'm not really interested in playing through it myself; Inquisition is getting closer, and I still gotta play Wasteland 2 sometime as well, heh.

Ok so just for kicks I thought I would see how a male shep is different from femshep. And to say I grew disappointed in femshep. The emotion male shep shows on mars towards ashley seems more than that of femshep. Am I wrong or are females usually more emotional? Maybe I am missing something as even though I like to play femshep as I am female I feel torn to play male shep for the emotion factor. grrrr . Why did male shep score better dialogue?
Like alot of other people, I actually think Hale performs with way more emotion than Meer, regardless of scenario
*sigh* I suppose I could give it a try. Just wish Bioware had done more with Kaidan as a LI
You haven't seen femshep's emotional high point until you do a Garrus LI playthrough
But actually though. Hale listed the goodbye to Garrus in ME3 EC as her favorite moment in the entire trilogy, just because of how much the moment meant to Shepard and almost made her cry (which you can really hear).

If you let Garrus die, you're heartless and you don't need/deserve love. That makes sense.
