I feel like male Qunari in that aspect look millions of times better then females ._.

Both males and females have the same mohawk, and probably the same hairstyles overall. And frankly, I disagree. My male qunari wouldn't choose any of that hair. Any of it. (I would've liked a cropped-short style, like Cassandra).

 

Basically the fact that we only have one hairstyle that actually covers the head (and it's the least used I think), is the biggest problem, and it's something both males and females have to suffer with.

 

Anyways, the ones you picked have entirely different faces, and the male even had make-up on, so it's hard to compare fairly.

Yeah I think the facial structures are really interesting and nicely done. I would have loved to go Qunari for a Blackwall romance but I just don't like any of the horn/hair combos I'd seen and for me aesthetics are hugely important to enjoying my time with the character. I'm hopeful for dlc. Poor Blackwall will have to wait until then I'm afraid.

I've found I can tolerate going bald with the golden ram horns, so I'm sticking with my qunari lady as a first playthrough, but I am sad she won't be the flirty, hair-flipping doll I'd envisioned.

Yeah I was hoping to make "Kierro" similar to my avatar, I'd send a source but can't find it anymore. BUT. If not I could try a mohawk... a vid would been nice of both  M/F Qunari, then just the M/F human dwarf and Elf. Oh well... maybe 1 more CC stream? Still got a month.

Sadly only two male Qunari I saw is the deuflat model(that is bald) and second one is that pic of male Qunari I found with black mohawk.As far as I know male will have 4 hairstyles as females and most likely they will have same hairstyles...perhaps instead of bun that female have male will have something different...or he will have bun hairstyle as well afterall it wouldn't be strange since I saw most of other male hairstyles *coughs* that are really really really but really stupid for males ._. so I guess I wouldn't be too much surprised if male qunari and female had exactly same hairstyles and besides hairstyles that female Qunari have aren't much feminine so they could fit in male category of hairstyles as well...still I deeply hope that at least male has one different hair from female and also there really needs to be mods toolset at least for hair I just can't stand seeing female Qunari on tarot card with magnificent long hair while game has none,it's like painful slap across your face.

I agree. Ive never used a hairstyle like a mohawk or the cornrows before... I'm pretty vanilla in terms of my tastes - a medium-length ponytail (a la Leliana in her DLC) would have been perfect for me. Unfortunately I can't get over the ugly middle part of the bun (what woman parts her hair down the middle when she wears her hair in a bun?!?) so I sadly won't be playing a female qunari

I'm calling it now: male qunari will be stuck with the mudbun. The reason is that Bioware wouldn't have created a unique hairstyle just for male qunari and then not given it to females (and vice versa) seeing as the Qunari already have so few choices to pick from...

I would have been ok (still sad but at least it would be tolerable) with just a Mohawk if it actually looked like a real Mohawk and not a short, blunt, thing that looks carved from a block of cheese or just cornrows if they looked like actual corn rows and were long like Sten's.

I like the horns, the hair is disappointing. A pony-tail would have been nice. A braid. SOMETHING not so... bald.

I wouldn't object beards but I hope they could start with adding some hair on top of the head and then proceed lower.

Came across a random post by Panda whose siggy brought me here. Wish I would have found it sooner instead of almost 3 weeks from launch! This thread has my support. Awesome job putting it together, Panda!

EDIT: Personally I would like to see stubbed horns with wraps myself or more horn decorations in general.

Actually, that just made me think of those hilarious Hitler-in-the-bunker parody videos...

I can see it now:

Hitler is in his bunker, excited about the fact that he can finally play his dream character (female qunari Saarebas!) but then his top general informs him that he can only pick three hairstyles...

He starts to rant and rave about how it's qunarishit that Bioware brags about giving us all of these choices, but then only lets us pick THREE hairstyles.

And then the general shows him pictures of the three hairstyles... And Hitler explodes in anger:

"What the scheiße is this?!? You call that hair??? My stupid little moustache looks better than those ugly hairstyles!"

Flustered, the general jumps to Bioware's defense: "But Hitler, you can adjust lip shine, Adam's apple size, and give female dwarves beards!"

Hitler: "LIP SHINE? ADAMS APPLE? FEMALE DWARVEN BEARDS?! Who the **** cares about that?' I just want to be a female qunari with long, beautiful white hair..."

Meanwhile, outside, one woman starts to cry. Another woman consoles her: "At least Bioware gave us the option of playable races this time..."
