Anyway Allan would a hair dlc entwined with something like the black emporium be possible? Just asking.

I had to google THAT now too.  Evidently I don't remember the back of the boxart either.  Honestly I don't know if I've ever seen it beyond a passing glance.

When I think of Arishok I think of this and yes, now that people point out he has hair I can see it.  But I cannot recall if I ever noticed before or if I just don't remember.

:P You're hardly the only one. I think it has a lot to do with how busy it is in the front (Horns, horn eruption points, earrings, horn rings, gilted ears), and the colour (which is a similar grey to his skintone). It's okay!

If the texture of that one was fixed and it was given a bit more volume, it'd be better. It just looks like a helmet to me. :/

That's what I've been saying since ever. More volume, more natural hairline and a better texture. If you're gonna make only three hairstyles, make em good right?

So they just want to outrage fans by lying that what we saw was what we get? That doesn't seem very nice ^^;

I doubt that. lol. They do not want fan backlash - it's obnoxious on their end.

I'm not sure to be honest.  Sorry.  It's something I can suggest, but I have no visibility on time requirements or anything like that so I certainly cannot promise anything.

So.. I have seen couple comments of people saying that having longer and better hair somehow goes against qunari culture?

Haven't these people seen any qunaris and tal-vashoth in the previous games? In DA comics? In every concept art, qunari Inquisitor included? It's complete opposite! Long white hair seems to be cultural thing for the qunaris not short poor quality one's! I don't get where these people come from with that claim.

Just you suggesting it would suffice ^_^ just want to make sure the idea is out there even if its not acted on.

I would be surprised if people like Mike haven't already been bombarded with it.  Haha.

Stress that people are willing to pay for it.

Money talks. It's business - they operate on time and money.

And if the devs release a hair pack DLC in a year and make it as good as the mockups posted to this thread, a lot of us would be willing to shell out the cash.

Though it is not the same sort of game by a long shot, you could quote your company's own work as pre-cursor for such a thing: They introduced new customization options when they introduced a face-melter appearance designed kiosk in Star Wars: The Old Republic . d:

I don't think stressing that people are willing to pay for it is a wise idea

New hairstyles would satisfy a demand of the Qun!

Dude, you said you don't even care about the hairstyles.

Quite a few of the folks here who do care said they would pay to see improvement.

Maybe it could count as a digital deluxe bonus? That you can pay for seperately?

:P I dunno.

I'd personally be willing to pay upwards of $40 if it was necessary. I'd prefer to pay under $20, but really whatever it takes. <3

Money talks. BioWare and EA are big companies. If we ask for extra products which require extra manpower and time, then we should expect to pay for that. Quid pro quo.

For hairstyles, I'd pay 15 to 20 at the absolute most. 40 is way too much, lol. You could buy a whole game for that.

I do care but I most certainly would not pay for it. I only buy story DLCs, appearance packs are not my jam.

What does that have to do with me saying that it might be a wise idea to stress the fact that people are willing to pay for it

I'm not paying more than 25 bucks.

The hair shouldn't be so crappy in the first place. I'll pay for them to fix it. But my generosity has limits.

True, but we said money talks, right? If it convinces BioWare that good hair is a neccessary component in the CC going forward, then I'll do it.

Yes, lol, but if they charge an outlandish price then no one will buy it and they will not make any money. It's a delicate balance.

I thank you for posting about it at all and civilly though because it compliments nicely the statements from people who would be willing to pay for it, giving them some insight at all to where our heads are at.

I rarely buy appearance packs right away, but they are usually something I'd buy later on for replayability. However, the Black Emporium was so useful, and it has been discuss already (even in the twitch video) that such a face-melter would probably have to be patched in // included as DLC, and so I think asking that this be tacked on is probably useful information? Maybe? *shrug*

I wouldn't be able to buy very pricy DLC. PSN also thinks dollar=euro so everything that BW decides as price will be more expensive to me. I wouldn't need many hairstyles, I want them just to improve quality and give us couple good one's. I don't need 20+ that other races have, just something that wouldn't make my qunari look ugly since hair can really ruin whole look.

I'm torn on the issue of paying for DLC or not. Ideally, it would be free, because the qunari hair offerings ARE pathetically sad compared to the other races.

If I have to pay for it, somewhere in the realm of $10-$20 would be my limit.
