I have the money in hand and am ready to go pre-order my copy of the game, but I need to know whether to get it for PC or Xbox One. I prefer the console experience for games like this, but if it has console commands like the last two games, I would definitely rather play it on PC.

I think it likely, as such codes tend to get so wrapped into the game that taking them out can destroy an otherwise playable game.

I would have assumed so too, but with the shift to the new engine I wouldn't take their presence for granted. It would be really nice if one of the developers could lay this question to rest once and for all. I'm sure there's many other PC players who would also like to know -- particularly those disheartened by the lack of mod support.
