So wait, Say i'm (using the paragon/renegade meter) 95% Paragon and 90% Renegade. What does that exactly look like o.0?

I don't know exactly but I immagine you'd look like you look when you have both at 0.

Yes, you can get rid of them. By going on a quest. Which may not be presented to you until half-way through the game. And which, by all accounts, is going to have a very steep cost associated with it. All of which is something that Paragons don't have to put up with. So pardon me if a few people are a little irked at that.

Honestly seeing as I'm usually a tad more paragon then renegade (real life mood pending) I wish we had the bad ass scar and the eyes.

That's more of a spoiler than you think.

from what i understand they also heal on their own in time if your a paragon. i might be wrong though so don't hold me to that.

I hope there is an option to get rid of just the glowing eyes. I think imo the scars look cool but not the eyes

The idea that being evil or good changes you is something Bioware has done before. They did it in KotOR and maybe they liked it enough to do it in ME2 in a believable way. It's kinda cool to watch, even though I never play evil. Just a personality quirk of mine.

Cut that statement in half. Only evil characters change in Bioware games. If they wanted to go whole hog on the evillooks/goodlooks they should have made butterflies following Paragon!Shepard around or something (which for the record I think is a terrible idea).

SCREW YOU, I LOVE THEM!
In fact, it's one of the most badass things about ME2. :D I can't wait to get my FemShep her terminator eyes. I just hope I can get rid of the scars without getting rid of the eyes. :>

I'm the opposite. I want to keep the scars and ditch the glowing eyes.

Being evil isn't what causes the reconstruction failures (glowing scars). You should play the game before you hate on some feature where you don't know the backstory - at least, that's what I'm planning. If it turns out you still don't like it, then you'll have the option of removing the scars.

I think the scars look cool. Glowing eyes... not so much. Too Fable.
