Lol, two of the Inquisitors they have shown from the CC have looked like people I know personally. One of the default humans looks like my ex and that freckled elf they showed us looked quite a lot like my mother.

I think part of the problem is the lighting affecting his face and his hair differently. And you have bright highlights on his face running into areas which should be shadowed by his hair... (and having dark hair really brings out the disparity)

Not sure why they waste time on niche options like broken horns (nobody asked for them), don't they have any focus testing. They can cut half of the CC sliders and as long as they have lots of hair options nobody would miss them.

i think a majority of them were asking for ones that looked the saarebas horns, don't think i saw many(if any) people asking for asymmetrical breaks
The horn styles are fine. In fact, they're great. But if they are the reason for the limited hair choice, they are too extensive. It suggests a massive over-emphasis on horns over hair, despite their equal importance for aesthetics.
