I just ****** hate Orlais. I'd rather Thedas be in a three way tangle of superiority between Tevinter, Nevarra, and the Marches while Ferelden catches it's breath and actually develops. And Orlais rebuilds from the remnants of their toppled Empire.

I know you hate it :P.
I just don't think it'll happen. It's better (in my opinion) if you remain pessimistic about it for avoiding disappointment.

I hate Ferelden the most. Actually i hate every nation outside of Tevinter. Barely civilized barbarians. I want to play as Thedas's version of a proper Roman, not some dog drenched ferelden scum, or other liberated provincial.

What really rings me the wrong with his story is that he forgets that the other nations would rather leave Tevinter to its unending battle with the Qunari and also that all of Thedas would be cripple with its conflict with the Imperium leaving them to be easy prey for the Qunari.

Oh i think the tevinter imperium will soon regain much of its strength.  without orlais to provide the bulk of the troops antiva and the matcher city states have to turn to the tevinter imperium for protection and thus fall under tevinter influence. its possible that the chantry and orlais will take years to recover from the breach and civil war.

Outside of Tevinter, I like Rivain because it's diverse and the whole seer tradition fascinates me. Orlais is just pretty on the outside and hallow on the inside.

So what has happened in my absence? I see some of you are in a heated debate about Orlais. Those snotty barbaric upstarts.

*sits in a chair and waves slave to bring wine*

*takes a sip* Aah! I truly missed the sweet and full aroma of Tevinter wine.

*leans back with a broad and content smile*

Wasn't all that unending.

It ended after the second Qunari war.

Welcome back! good news, skirmishes on the border went well we only lost 47 men but we captured 97 new slaves in addition to routing the main force.

we did have 230 but many died from exhaustion and lyrium withdrawals, well ok 22 died from being beaten to death as a moral booster for the men and we forced another 15 to fight to the death of a bottle of lyrium that was actually empty, but apart from that along with depriving them of food and shelter during that big storm on the weekend, they all died from being weak junkies.

useless templars.

Ferelden's not so bad. Unlike the rest of Thedas, barring Tevinter, the Fereldans got balls. They lack structure and organization. But as far as mundanes go I'd pick them in a fight against every other human nation.

And don't forget out of every nation Loghain could have allied with during the Fereldan civil war he chose Tevinter. Meaning they're not dumb either.

I'm talking a fair fight. Not a military campaign supported by economics.

that can easily be arranged, In fact if you don't require them in let's yes "optimal" condition i can net you a discount on some that i don't intend to auction. Now if you don't require them to have full use of their mouths I do have one with sewn up lips and no tongue. He put forth the view that the Horned scum had the right idea of how to treat mages. I don't speak groans and sobbing but i do believe he's changed his opinion.

Excellent news. If I may I could take couple of them for a small experiment. You know my personal interest in quelling the oxmen.

I have been working on a easy and fast blood spell which could be used in order to "recruit" these southern templars and send them to the front as faithful soldiers. I would like to test my spells permanency on them, to see can the spell work well without hindering their efficiency.

Of course always happy to help further the fight against the cows, but i'm afraid this batch do come with a price attached it was a rather expensive campaign, since we seem to have a demand for test subjects rather then slaves, I've decided to put on a sort of tupperware party before the weekends auction.

drop by we shall have wine, cakes, jatz and cheese, then well show off the stock and take care of the transactions. then finish off the day with a Fennec hunt.

Nevarra probably. But that's not to say they couldn't take care of themselves. And I'm pretty sure Antiva's already on decent terms with Tevinter being neighbors and all.

No, but the hypothetical power vacuum created if Orlais falls allows for expansion. And Nevarra has the infrastructure to take advantage of that.
