we dont take all magi willy nilly if have merit and skill we take all but since most "saraabas" as you call them are hedge magi we seldom give them credit due. i prefer the term magi to magicians(its insulting in rivain as were i am from). As yes they are on both counts.. but hedge magi are potentially more so since they lack proper training and are easy prey for spirits... and sometimes they hold magics that are dangerous to themselves and others.Saarebas are magicians,you can say no,but they are as dangerous as you.
