Days passed. "The pride of the Imperium" sailed smoothly with the wind. He stood on the deck watching men scurry around in their chores. The war galley was a huge ship and had a large crew of 200 men, slaves were pulling oars in four rows both sides. It was the largest of four war galleys Vaellanius family had funded for the Imperium navy, besides funding six smaller war ships. For their effort the head of the family, a member of the Senate, could at will take one of the ships in his personal use.
*The captain climbed on the rear deck. "I don´t like this my lord" he said, "sailing alone in this time especially when the oxmen navy has been active is careless. We should have atleast taken two escort ships". "Are you a covard?" he asks looking at the captain with scorn, "you have one of the largest warship the Imperium has and one of the strongest Magister on board and you whine about the oxmen like a child". "No my lord, I am no covard, nor do I fear the oxmen" the captain says with angry blush i his cheeks, "it is perfectly resonable to be be cautious when there has been reports of oxmen dreadnaughts sailing in this area. It is you.." he stops when he sees how Ukki looks at him, "I mean even the strongest one can be brought down with enough force".
"You bore me with your covardly prattle" he says and waves his hand to the captain who takes the hint. He turns with red face and goes off to bark at the marines working with the sails.
*Ukki turns around and looks over the railing. Strong sea wind tries to pull his hood off. Since Nazlik has been staying in the cabin because of sea sickness he has been staying outside as much as possible.
*Suddenly he thinks he sees something in the horizon. Almost at that moment the look-out from the main mast cries out "sails in the starboard!". Captain climbs to the rear deck fast and pulls out a looking glass. After a pause he says with a serious tone, "three oxmen dreadnoughts".

Couldn't care less about the Templars, I am interested in the Rlyrium, and how it can benefit my abilities. I am already corrupt and insane anyway.

I have a feeling this place is going to be a lot quieter after tonight. I will wait for the hard copy so I have time to scrawl my stories a bit more. ![]()

From some of the spoiler clips I have seen, it looks like they are adding more nuance and depth to the Tevinter characters which makes me happy. It is nice to see a magister who cares about his son. So hopefully more of this is seen. I don't mind evil characters, but I like to see depth to them. so this makes me happy.

An alliance with Tevinter is a terrible mistake? I smell devs putting some heavy stance against the Imperium, all of the companions present are bitching against Tevinter.

Oh ffs I'm done... To hell with these bs spitting companions, I'm playing through the game alone, I don't care if my character fails at the end because of this, I am not working with these retards.
Will probably have to reload each and every conversation though trying to make my Inquisitor say something not forced on me, and that I would find reasonable.

Yep, I didn´t like Dorian ranting against the Imperium either. "my people has potential" and in same sentence says how crappy it all is because they are mages, As if mundane nobles anywhere else in Thedas don´t do selective breeding. Right.

During the ea trial I talked to some of the companions and they mentioned Tevinter but they didn't seem to have an opinion one way or another, It might be because it was so early in the game though. I personally don't mind if the companions don't like the place as long as they can work with my inquisitor and don't interfere needlessly and there are other things we have common ground on.

I just wonder. Would you be ok if the one and only common ground you had with all companions was closing the breach?

I don't always agree with my friends all the time but we still get a long, so I imagine I'll have the same dynamic with some of the companions. If we have absolutely nothing in common it would make the game less enjoyable for me so I guess I personally wouldn't be okay with just wanting to close the breach being our only common ground.
How about you?

No but of course you can't agree on anything all the time, but the inquisition cast is just off the charts for me. I just don't know how to interact with them, because they are just a bunch of self-righteous hypocrites. They are all so fast to throw out accusations at everybody including each other, so far into their zealotry, self-induced morality and so one sided about so many issues..
Just from that one little video -
And the worst thing is, to fit in with this bunch the Inquisitors dialogue was built in a matter that makes them seem like an overemotional self-righteous ****** as well. There was another video that portrayed a conversation with Sera, and I kid you not, there was a QUESTION for Sera, and as she answered said question Quizy auto responded telling her that she was wrong.. just wow.
I don't know, I need to get it together and RP the Quizy as a character that has nothing to do with my own views, and just enjoy a fun story, that is not mine.

I get what you're saying. The dialogue interrupt with Sera sounds dumb. The companions this time seem to be really set in their beliefs and not that open minded. I'm hoping that changes during the game.

The dialogue interrupt with Sera sounds dumb.
That wasn't even an interrupt. It went like This:
-Quizy selects a question for Sera
-Sera answers
-Quizy tells her that she is wrong.
Now I do like to question peoples believes, but if I saw that option I would never have thought that I would be pushing some sort of stance.
I would imagine it could go like:
-Sera you think you might be wrong?
-Nope
Then two options
1) Fair enough.
2) No, you are wrong.
Now the problem was, that 2) went as auto dialogue from the Quiz after the question...
I don't like to tell people that they are wrong, I would never freaking say that.

Auto dialogue saying that is pretty needlessly rude. The way you imagined it would go like makes more sense.
