well i swapped in Vivenne when i got sick of dying, but usually i use cass, varric and dorian.
you should have Blackwall as your tank and replace Varric with Sera cause Flask of Fire + upgrade with her Focus Thousand cuts will literally destroy everything it comes it contact.

eh i killed it with bee's and i mean killed jars of bees we didn't eve use them all at first they were just pissing it off but in the end they took the sonova ****** down!

I got a little further, and you are right he pretty much can't be reasoned with. I thought something like a partnership, but he pretty much turn even on Alexius.
You have to understand though, a chaotic evil goes as far as the prowess allow. I don't see Inquisitor as an uber powerful individual, and in that case you have to work with others to get something. If I could just blow up Corypheus and the old Gods as a one man army that would be a different story.

No, no first at that point in the story I didn't even know that Elder one was Cory. What I supported was everything Alexius told me, which is:
1) Destroy the veil - good.
2) Mages become the rightful rullers - good.
He didn't say anything about - oh this Elder one is an uber God, that doesn't care about anyone and will kill me and the others to mine red lyrium or whatever it is.
I thought maybe the elder one was some demon that wanted to remove the veil, and I wasn't really against that, so why not unite.

She was not the companion I was most excited about...but I was prepared to be charmed by her at some point. I thought that I'd at least find her interesting.
It turned out I just found her...very strange. That first meeting was awkward. I don't anticipate I'll use her much beyond her personal quests in any play through. Also, I could see how some people could like how she talks, but I don't.

as somone who used everyone in different teams i found her to be very useful. And was constantly laughing with her because of her charm. Everbody on the team share a various viewpoint with me so i was able to rp while self insert. The cast is well written imoShe was not the companion I was most excited about...but I was prepared to be charmed by her at some point. I thought that I'd at least find her interesting.
It turned out I just found her...very strange. That first meeting was awkward. I don't anticipate I'll use her much beyond her personal quests in any play through. Also, I could see how some people could like how she talks, but I don't.
The cast is well written imo
Not really. Sometimes you can make a choice with which every single companion disagrees. Doesn't feel like there are diverse enough opinions in the cast.
thats why i think as such. Ill admit i hated that they loved or hated my choices at all times. But as i put 80hrs into my first run i grew to understand and respect them for challenging me and to actually think about "why am i choicing this" is because its right and fair or out of personal gain. I can honestly say my views in the series have definatly changed and i no longer see everything as mundane v magi or black or white.Not really. They are, very much so! I don't dislike her, I just haven't found anything...any moments that made me really enjoy her yet. I haven't finished her personal quest line, however, so I'll give it time.

No, because I didn't get pissed off, If I would have the opportunity to say something like what I wrote I would say it with a face like this:
I generally don't get worked up about things and I hate it when my character shows a lot of emotion, specially negative emotion.
