Well since I've been dipping into the eggnog...who wants to sit on my Lap and hear a story?

I've got a good one I have not told here.

It involves al-Qaeda, a Lebanese gun runner, a poppy field and mountain of marijuana.

There are attack helicopters which are better than Griffons.

Also random mutilation and explosions!

It'll probably just be very grim and a little upsetting, Monkey.

Like the last one.

Sounds like my granpa´s stories, except his stories involved usually just a lot of charging soviet soldiers and T-34´s, piles of dead bodies and body parts.

Imagine Z sitting in front of a fireplace with his grandchildren:

Z: ''And then the helicopter goes boom, and the pilots blood and guts rain all over my battalion, while the helicopter wing fell on the lieutenant and cut of his head!''

Grandchildren:  :crying:

I only know of this character because I stumbled upon the theme on youtube. It's exquisitely magnificent.

Spoiler

Happy Wintersend, dear Monkey.

I have a small gift for you, but it seems it will have to be delivered belatedly. Like several others.

I wonder sometimes just what would produce the ideal soldier.

Uber Soldaten.

Red Lyrium, The Blight, Demonic possession, lyrium infusion, or perhaps...something else.

Something older.

Oh i do.

Or maybe i played too much Resident Evil back in the day...

o.o Or maybe i know enough dirty laundry about real life super soldier programs throughout history to see the potential.

We have all strode for that greatness, fiction isn't alone with striving for the ideal, for perfection.

Or Perhaps i am merely bored and am pondering for the sake of pondering.

Witcher

Pfft no, Well perhaps not entirely wrong.

You can strengthen the body by adapting it to toxins and physical exertion.

But that is only the beginning.

SPIRIT MERGED ARCANE WARRIORS

I was thinking the opposite actually.

Sticking to the bones of the earth.

Why employ the fade when the world provides...so much power.

What power? I mean, nothing you listed before even came close to a natural, non-magical or non-Fade touched substance.

And now you're suddenly going full Subaru-Outback-tier granola.
