I prefer to infuse it with blood magic to create more Frankenstein monsters ala Quentin.

That he did, but his breakthroughs cannot be denied; he did it for the advancement of wizardry!
never denied that... but was he planning on consumating his renewals..That he did, but his breakthroughs cannot be denied; he did it for the advancement of wizardry!

Of course he was! This is DA II we are discussing, what better, cheaper way, to demonstrate the evil of mages?
Our own archives hold more information about necromancy than Quentin could ever dream of. That maniac.
figured.. kinda hoping was just being too nitpickyOf course he was! This is DA II we are discussing, what better, cheaper way, to demonstrate the evil of mages?

If the Hawke had not interfered the Arishok , there would be no rebellion of magi.

really thought you'd enjoy the extreme viewpoints lol. Couldnt be any differentHaving everyone result to demon binding and blood magic?
Because of "oppression" x.x Kirkwall was a pit.
I wish Hawke had the option to support Tarohne.

Because of mages yes.
Cassandra can delude herself on that all she wishes, Meredith was merely a product of Kirkwall, not the architect of it's problems.
You figure Cullen would remember that the first enchanter himself was corrupted, but no merely Meredith is mentioned.
Cullen is suspect to say anything.
nothing misses your eye does it heheBecause of mages yes.

Statistics; Leandra's murder/mutilation was personal, horrifying, and with vulgar implications to boot.
Your Tarohnes and Tevinters while "evil", operate on a grand scale, away from the protagonist. Monsters like Quentin hit you where it hurts; they hit you at home. Not unlike what happened with Meredith's own sister.
Hopefully DA4 is in Tevinter. It'll be a nice set of change to have mage nobles and blood mages walking freely and to see how different they are then the south of thedas.

Ambivalent about this myself. Not sure if we need another "mages are evil" storyline yet again. Bioware has beaten that horse, lit on fire, stomped it out, pissed on it, and now they're looking for more ways to beat on the sorry bastard.
We can do with a change of pace.

Blood magic doesn't equal evil to me.
I just want to see what being playing mage would be like in a tevinter setting. In tevinter, people are probably going to like you more for being a mage compare to orlais and fereldan where people keep getting paranoid about mages. And this is Bioware, their will always be a" mage is evil" Or "this mage fucked up" storyline.
they need the change it up a bit show the mundies going salem witch trials or somethingBlood magic doesn't equal evil to me.
