Apathy doesn't really imply either of those things, barring specific context.
Tell you what, in this specific context it could and was implied as that.
Beyond that, why do you bother with this ****?
Maybe it's just that I've been drinking but I find it sort of...weird.
You pop in and just randomly point out definitions of grammatical detailing.

Ah well I'll stop here. Not gonna turn this into a military thread especially if it turns to bashing and stuff.
If its therapy for you Z then good for ya. Lots of people have issues. RIP Chris Kyle.
I don't know your angle or feelings...like I said, this is as far as I go, but maybe you kinda feel like John Michael Turner (not gonna post it here, but its not hard to copy and paste into youtube) I know a few guys that are tore up inside and when they're drunk they have to let it out.

You wrote two synonyms for apathy but then said it's not apathy. Such things lead to annoyance.

It was a regional insurgency...Beirut has those a lot...basically Syria supports these local Muslim extremists and these folks had seized nearly four square blocks, being there
was already a american military presence in the area we got called in.
Local forces weren't getting anywhere and you can't carpet bomb the largest city so...my battalion got special deployment.
It was the ugliest inner city war I've seen besides baghdad.
Explosions just erupted all around us, gunfire fell from every window, that was also the first time I ran into a situation that involved mercenaries.

I want to see both Qunari and Tevinter field tactics. Though, given the Battle of Ostagar cutscene I might regret asking for that.

you know you can post on arfcom for free? If you put in your military info and have the tank icon they will buy you a full account there....i mean you have to make a good impression and be liked, but they will. A lot of good dudes there and very knowledgeable and helpful about anything and everything too. It's a great forum.

I've seen a number of people talking about how badly the tactics we saw at Ostagar were handled, but they always discuss as though assuming everyone they talk to is already familiar with what medieval style warfare is supposed to be like. I've always wanted to ask someone, what was so glaringly bad?
