I see you did not get enough wine at my home coming ball. *slaps Aeducan on back*

Last time I saw our fearless leader he was drinking my best wines and chasing my slave girls. Good party.

Not if I can help it. The Dwarves are going to manipulate the strings of every nation in Thedas. Ferelden's already allied with Orzammar and by extension Kirkwall and Starkhaven, and King Xanthos and Queen Nerav have already begun digging into Orlais and Tevinter and even Nevarra, what with Nasir's plan to put Cassandra on the throne.

MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Shh! Don't spill the beans, kinsman. But know that my Aeducan has already placed his pawn on Ferelden's throne. Loghain was right all along, but no one realizes the truth, the entire Ferelden court and even Anora and Eamon who's shrewd politician are none the wiser. I let Eamon thought that he has control over Alistair, but he is not the true puppeteer of Alistair, it was the Warden all along who manipulate the strings. Never underestimate Dwarves.

Ah, using the art KoP commissioned for his personal Aeducan Dain to illustrate the nature of your Aeducan! Very well done. His Aeducan was truly a master of the political courts.

Orlais cannot implode soon enough. Anything that rids Thedas of those disgusting people is welcome.

Imperial Chantry codex:

This is utter heresy to any member of the Chantry outside of Tevinter, a return to the days of the magisters, which brought the Blights down upon us. But it exists, and even though we have left the Tevinter Imperium to the mercies of the dread Qunari, still they have endured. Further confrontation between the Black Divine and our so-called "White Divine" is inevitable.

--From Edicts of the Black Divine, by Father David of Qarinus, 8:11 Blessed.

Is this a mistake? This looks like a mistake.

I checked the wiki, and I thought it was a mistake, but the same author was listed on another codex app. Too lazy to check the game(s) right now, but that would just make no sense if it was written by a member of the Imperial Chantry.

It's an in-game thing that's been there since DAO. I never got why the devs had it like that myself short of an oversight. If the whole our "white Divine" thing wasn't there, I'd figure it just him talking about the perspective of other people.

Even if Orzammar falls with it? Who do you think keeps that city alive? The center of economic power in south or their ****** poor neighbors?

There's that and the part regarding leaving "them", as in Tevinter, to the Qunari. The whole thing is just off. Even "Edicts of the Black Divine" doesn't make sense as written by a Tevinter clergyman, since I'm pretty sure a member of the Imperial Chantry wouldn't call their own Divine the "Black Divine".

Man I just replayed that really lack luster ending and as I was killing Cory I realized him going out like that isn't very thematic storytelling nor is it dramatic.

He should have gone out like Hidan.

Yeap, Accurate, unless he has reason for such.

If we consider that the clergy is not reliable, I think he would have a reason yes.

Perhaps, but the word choice wouldn't make sense even if he were a dissident priest, unless he fled from Tevinter. Of course, even if we assume that, his titles don't make sense. The rank of Father is anathema to the southern Chantry, and even beyond that there's probably too many differences in doctrine and culture for him to be using the term "we", as if he had fully integrated into the Orlesian Chantry.

HMMM. I might actually hit up Gaider's twitter to see if he can explain this.
