Oh, you don't know how much I love high quality texture mod and immersion mod or good-lore friendly story mod. If you're playing TES on console, you just stuck with the official DLC, and vanilla content and once you've completed everything that's it. But on PC the game can live on for a long time.

Yup. Not to mention the fun little things like stripping Delphine and Esbern of their "essential" status and killing them after they try to order you to kill Paarthumax. Bunch of n'wahs thinking they can order the dragonborn around and issue ultimatums like that.

There's a mod that offers you a third option, if I remember correctly, you can convince them to change their mind or lie about Paarthurnax's death, but you're right it's more satisfying that way. I won't betray Paarthurnax, and who do they think they are anyway. I'm the Dragonborn, and as a blade they supposed to serve me, but instead throughout the course of the game they just send me to do their errand like I'm their personal cattle. This is the end of them, those s'wits. This is kinda sad when you think about it, the Blades were cool in Oblivion. :(

I love that mod, it finally allowed you to do what you should have been able to do in the game and bring the Blades to heel.

And even if it's unvoiced, getting to spout off a sentence in the Dragon tongue that causes the entire Sky Haven Temple to rumble from the sheer power of the Voice is an amazing moment, as you immediately silence Delphine mid-protest, making it perfectly clear that you are the boss that she swore an oath to obey, so she can either fall into line or be replaced?

And somewhat on-topic, does anyone wonder if Tevinter is going to make good on the war table missions that imply they're gearing up to make another attempt to take Nevarra? Or will Orlais invade their first? Like Skyrim in TES or Madagascar in Risk, it seems that taking Nevarra is the first step to conquering the rest of the neighbourhood?

I think that'd be a mistake. To me, Nevarra is the best chance to North and South to get along. They seem perfect for a mediation point.

That's assuming anyone wants to get along though.

I love that mod too, alas, in vanilla game most decisions boil down to nothing more than two options. I like TES: Skyrim a lot, but I hate how it insults our's intelligence and forced us to live with the lack of option & agency.

As strange as it sounds. I may be biased on this one, but I have no problem with how this mod is unvoiced. As you have pointed out, the sheer power of the Dragon tongue that causes the entire temple to rumble make Delphine think twice, and silence her mid-protest to remind her of her place. That awesomeness in this moment erases the issue that the mod was unvoiced, at least for me. If only we get a third or more option in the vanilla game. Anyway, I can't be the only one who annoyed that something like this doesn't exist in the vanilla game in the first place.

I think it's possible that Tevinter might invade Nevarra if given a chance and when the time is right, although I'm not sure the Imperium could handle two fronts at once. Seheron is contested territory, and the Qunari are relentless. However, I don't believe that Nevarra alone could withstand the might of the Imperium, but Orlais will surely take advantage of the situation as they always do, they'll send a force to not only drive the Imperium's army back but to occupy war-torn Nevarra as well. Nevertheless, even if the Tevinter Imperium and Orlais didn't try to conquer Nevarra, unfortunately this nation bond to fall on its own as Markus Pentaghast is old and unstable, while his successor is also old and has no interest in ruling. Meanwhile  Pentaghast and Van Markham relative seek to replace Markus, the civil war is brewing in Nevarra.

It depends on who is in Orlais command.

Well, chance are Orlais under Gaspard will be more of a expansionism, although if you completed peace-talk war table mission. He'll move his troops to fortify Orlais-Tevinter border. If you didn't I suppose he'll invade Ferelden, but apparently Nevarra is not his prime target, but fate of the nation hang in the balance.

I've yet to see that slide tbh, and I get the feeling Orlais invading Ferelden or tension rising at Orlais-Tevinter border will be relegated to the sidelines of story.

I'm okay with this as there are two important wars to be fought

Let me guess, we're going to teach those oxmen a lesson, but about the other war. What is it?

I doubt Orlais will invade Ferelden again.

And I doubt BioWare will ruin Ferelden anytime soon.

The eradication of the Elven Gods their existence is unacceptable, I'm hoping Inquisition deals with it so we can go to the North without any worries of them popping up during the war with the oxmen.

The South died, that's the truth, everyone knows that it, will take time to touch there again for obvious reasons. Wait a timeskip to get back there. I'm counting on problems in the north now. tevinter-qunari war will not satisfy me, ''save the north'' insome way, either.

Oh, that makes me wish I had the PC version more than ever.

Friggin' Blades trying to tell me to kill the only character in the vanilla game the PC has anything like an actual friendship with. Please.  <_<

I'm really not a fan of that portion of the plot.

Well, I hope so. I want as much Tevinter content in the next game as possible, and if that circulates around them starting to build back to something like their former strength...Hooray.

I don´t think Orlais is in any position to drive the Imperium anywhere. Their civil war probably drained the country from resources required for that. Even if Orlais ever held such power before, which I doubt.
