If anything is going to be modded in, I would hope for a mage death glare. Either Omega Beam style or Evil Fire Lightning like in the comic. Although, that should be top level ability only for cut-scenes, when the Inquisitor is so powerful that the Inquisitor just doesn't care about scaring those around.
Find the big, evil traitor, traitor gives last speech opposing the Inquisition, Inquisitor turns to face the traitor and does a literal death glare.

cant say im pro tevinter but it definately interests me and i think that DA4 needs to be in tevinter. and the setting should be the tevinter/qunari war. where your characters choice of race would play a huge role for your character. your choice would affect what side of the war you fight for. it would be alot for the developers to come up with. almost different story lines for each race. i would break down the races and factions like this:
tevinter faction
human mage
human warrior/rogue
elf mage
elf nonmagical slave warrior/rogue (possible fenris like back-ground)
Qunari faction
qunari warrior/rogue
elf convert warrior/rogue
dwarf convert warrior/rogue
human convert warrior/rogue
i think that would be awesome. definately would enhance the replay value and would even give a purpose to the multiplayer.
I support Tevinter. Yeah there are some negative aspects to but so do other Counties.

You forget infinite amount of supplies from underground which makes Minrathous immune to siege.
After playing the Sith Inquisitor in SWTOR, I am now completely convinced that Human Mage is the optimal and obvious choice for mages. Peace is a lie.
I love how the Imperium is essentially a medieval version of the Sith Empire.

well it was once part of the Imperium. perhaps they are an old noble house unashamed of their history.
I find the idea of finding the remaining Old Gods before darkspawn reach them exceedingly important. We should equip several expeditions and put young mages who have shown promising features and are eager to become Magisters in charge of them. Also we need to contact the remaining dwarven cities for maps and information of possible clues from where to start looking. Our dwarven friends are after all experts in the underground exploring.
