Idk I wouldn't mind it being a dlc at this point. I'll love it regardless

A dlc that's a sample of what to come...sure, but the entire nation, no, an entire civilization like Tevinter or Qunari and a war that'll decided fate of two civilizations, and perhaps Thedas in a dlc instead of a whole game. Blasphemy!

Never thought I'll ever see that from you, Monkey. What about being sheriff of the BSN to keep this place from falling apart? :P

Get more booze to keep yourself going, lol. I do share the same feeling sometimes, Monkey. It's annoyed me as well, but we just have to put up with it. Well, I hate to be that guy, but this is the BSN and it's the Internet after all. People will always find a way to complain about anything.

If DA4 happens in Tevinter, I hope it's very political.

The Qunari renew their offensive but don't attack anywhere else leading to other nations ignoring Tevinter's calls for aid.

If you don't play as a mage, you join the military, rise up the ranks, form contacts with wealthy merchants, unite branches that would usually be used by Magisters to fight their battles. Eventually, you actually get to choose where the military is deployed; Magisters court your favor so you'll defend their holdings; leading to demands for greater rights for non-mages or other options Bioware gives you.

If a mage, something like the Act 2 and 3 of the Sith Inquisitor's storyline. Learn ancient rituals, make rivals, form contacts within the military, win victories and thus prestige, defeat your rival and win a seat in the Magisterium.

The Sten section of WoT Volume 2 contains a passage where, after hearing how he has replaced the previous arishok has led to some magisters fearing there will finally be a victor in the war.

Hmm... How would Sten being the Arishok make a difference? He didn´t posses any leader qualities in DAO, more like repeating the same old pattern. That sounds a bit weird.

I did like the Sith Inquisitor storyline but I hope they don't do something exactly like it, it would feel like I was repeating a story I'd already played. Maybe a couple of choices? Seek out ancient magic or fight with the military or blackmail or whatever.

Just a suggestion but they could improve the whole "gather allies" thing since I kind of felt like the Moff just appeared out of nowhere and decided to help you.

No? Blind appreciation is called fanboyism. If we have valid criticisms of the games, why aren't we allowed to voice them? There ARE flaws in DA:I, and BioWare should be made aware of it, so that they can be better next time.

I do agree though, senseless whining, moaning and bitching, gets tiresome, especially when it isn't even trying to be constructive.

It's mentioned a few times in WoT2. An archon wielding it (apparently) whooped the asses of all 7 Darkspawn magisters at the same time.
