The Ancient Elves are irrelevant. Their context doesn't even exist anymore. Nobody even remembers anymore.
Pepperidge Farm remembers.

Eh, a lot of current elves are joining the Rebel God. Not a smart move so far, but still, at the moment they're supporting the restoring of the ancient elves.

How can you convince him? His plan his about restoring his people, the ancient elves. That won't happen without tearing down the Veil, since that is what caused them to fall in the first place. He wants to succeed in this even if it'll mean that everyone else will die, including the current elves.

What this means exactly? He wants to put the elves at the top of food chain?

There won't be a food chain since the rest will die. What we know about his plan his vague though.

We don't really know what Solas' desired end state is at the moment.
Yeah. I doubt it'll be something any of my characters (well, most of my characters) would like, elves included.

Indeed. At least he has a plan about the other ''gods''

I hope so. Other then the problems for our world, releasing incredibly powerful beings deadset on getting their revenge on you, without having a plan to handle and stop them, would be incredibly stupid.

Solas said 'had' in the dialogue, so it might be he hasn't currently a plan.

I wonder if the loss of the Orb means he might be not as powerful as (some) of the Evanuris.

Besides, who knows if he can handle this, I don't think he is powerful enough to control a ''god''

I had played in Russian, I through he has said he actually have a plan. Thanks anyway. Now, this changes the scenario.

But what he would do will backfire and put all elves into the brink of extinction, he would made things far worse than better. And it's already too late the best thing Solas can do is to gather all elves and leave. IDK why writers can't come up with something new because they put the same "Let's tear down the Veil!" on different stories. I would write it differently I would set it up for Solas to tell the elven Inquisitor the truth and offer her a choice of coming with him to start a new life away from Thedas, away from violence, racism, and hatred. How can you convince him? Well, I think before he was more or less on the same level of the Evanuris, with the Orb. It's true that now he hasn't it so things might be different. He is howewer in a position of advantage with the knowledge and support he has in the current Thedas.

Restoring his people, the ancient elves, is more important to him then the hypothetical death of the people in current Thedas, current elves in included. He doesn't consider the current elves his people.
That doesn't mean he doesn't feel guil for what he it might happen. It's just that the guild and pain from what he did to his people is greater.

One more question, it seems I had interpreted wrong what she said, for me, he wants to ''restore the elven people'' for the currently elves, is not that? o-o

Depends. He might be manipulating or deceiveng them. Not that this is necessarily true, and his plans might be different then what it seems (they're vague enough so far), but at the moment it seems the current elves will share the same fate of the other races if Solas succeedes in his plan.

It doesn't seem that way. His plans seem to help the ancient elves, which are different from the current ones. The latter will die as humans, dwarves and the qunari.
As I said, that seems for now. Who knows if things will change.

If he doesn't care about them he would left them to their fate. He's just deeply dissapointed in them but again he caused all of this to happen. So he felt he had to make things right but he goes about it the wrong way.Depends. He might be manipulating or deceiveng them.
