Stop. Just stop. You suck at this argument. And you make my burden even harder.

I still think it's the best solution rather than living with "humans".

Death!  It's the cure for what ails ya!

We get it, you want Dragon Age's portrayal of elves to be a direct parallel with your perception of "black" history.

I would suggest that there's no point in continued spamming, but your signature suggests you might take that as encouragement.

I miss those honestly.... Reeked less of horseshit. Where's warder when you need him

He disappeared, last time I had contact with him he told me he would be gone for a while and after that, I never saw he online again.
He said he was studying for Master degree, that's why, but this was... in the middle of the last year.

Then they should stay out of their territory. Leave them alone and it will be no problem.

This is racism and xenophobia, you preach that the elves suffer racism, it's true, however they can pratice racism? just because they suffered? this only worsens the situation.
If they do this, this state of yours would not last long.

I still think the Imperium is evil.

I don't disagree with that. I'm just not for burninating the non-evil people alongside the evil ones without even trying to sort them out.

I wish there's a DLC to play Fenris to travel to the Imperium to wreak havoc of slavers and magisters, and fight alongside with the Fog Warriors. Won't that be fun!

If you have a better way to solve the problem, I would love to hear it from you.

I don't know if you're being sarcastic, like you know, English is not my mother toungue, I will answer anyway.

I don't and I can't solve this, if were that simple, we would not have any problem in the world. :P

Please don't do that. Now we may never see Fenris in the franchise again. D: (Also, how can you be ok with Fenris? Every romantic relationship he has is with a human.)

And while its not specifically in this quote, why do you put quotation marks around the term "human" in your posts???

Have I mentioned that I hope we get a chance for our character to visit the amphitheater of Minrathous? Because I do.

You meant he arena that's based off the Proving Grounds of Orzammar, right? Or is there an additional ampitheater, too? Either way, sign me up. :D

Why not?

I think you know exactly what I am talking about but that's for another time.

,Because he means "white people", those he already associates with racial oppressors through biological predisposition. That's why he singled out the Rivaini earlier as a group that would be cool to the elves, they're not white so they can't be racial oppressors. Gotta remember how he's projecting his whole racial world view onto the setting here.

He's pretty consistent. We're dealing with someone who has embraced pseudoscientific racism here.

I hope we'll see get to see and interact with Archon Radonis. He seems like an interesting dude with some smarts given how I've read he wanted to handle the Venatori situation in Tevinter and why. Also he allegedly has a soft spot for cats and he knows to rock an outfit that should not be rockable.

That's for damn sure. I'm still disappointed about the path that the comic took as I would have liked to see more of him and Tevinter at large. :(

I actually think the comic did a better job of portraying why he is the archon. The game sort of made it seem like he would prefer that the Inquisition take care of the Vanatori so he doesn't have to. That probably is the case to some degree, but at least the comic showed that he's a bit more proactive about it. Also, he has all the power in that scene, so I don't think he has very much reason to lie, or at least grossly misrepresent his goals. It is true that the Venatori endanger his position and are a threat to his power, but I believe him when he says he believes the Venatori are a threat to Tevinter: "There is no glory in extinction."

Archon Radonis was a certainly interesting character and a useful ally of the Inquisition. I hope if we do have a new game in Tevinter he becomes our ally/patron/frenemy.

It could be interesting if he secretly is in favor of social and societal changes like those advocated by the Lucerni but has to mask it so his life and position is not threatened by those who are not in favor of it and opposes not only it but also those who support it.

Basically, Archon Radonis would be the ally who helps in secret ways and patron from the shadows but is not above trying to manipulate events and people on our side as well when he does not agree with the direction and decisions made if they affect Tevinter's future.

I think it could be an interesting relationship to see and experience especially they write him as an affably chessmaster.

They wrote him as capable and pragmatic in the comic, I'd love to see them carry through that in a game. I hope he isn't killed off like so many rulers we've encountered.

I interpret him as someone who wants to preserve Tevinter before any other kind of political agenda or societal change. I think reform might be something we can promote through increasing the Lucerni's influence in the Magisterium, with the Archon essentially being a neutral party.

My fear is that he will be killed and that we'll have to play the Game of Thrones. Again.

I shouldn't complain too much about it, since every time we had the chance it led to some of my favourite scenarios in the franchise (Orzammar's succession crisis, the Landsmeet, the Winter Palace). My secret hope is that, this time, Bioware may step up and have the PC become the ruler themselves.

I'm sorry to say that I hope they do not because I do not think that'll end well considering how different a player character can be and how that may limit what Bioware can do with whatever place they rule.

It is why I think they reconsidered the option to make the Inquisitior the Divine: Whoever she may be, Divine Victoria is a non-player character and so Bioware knows how she'll act because they wrote her with the Divine role in mind and so can account for future stories. If Divine Victoria was a player character, Bioware could not as they do not write the player character and if they have to featured in future stories, Bioware would have to account for plenty of personalities and even then it would not be to the satisfaction of players.

Basically, I believe that providing the player character the option to become Archon is a good way of ensuring we'll never see the Tevinter Imperium nor see it featured for a long time. Also, we'd a lot of people pointing out how that is not how their characters would have acted and that they'd have interfered in this and that.

To put it shortly; It would likely result in nothing but disatisfaction and frustration for almost everybody be they player or writer.

Eh, not really a fan of that idea.

I think we could get some interesting political intrigue within the Magisterium alone without that drama.

I'm hoping to see some intrigue with the political games played in the Tevinter Imperium and I am so hoping for optional scenarios like the one in the Winter Palace where you can verbally sabotage Florienne's plot. I've always adored scenes like those: it's a different and often underutilised form of badassery.

I've always imaging Vivienne as being a proud stagemom during the scene too.

Basically, I'd like optional outcomes that are achieved through dialogue as oppose to only through violence. I'd like to see the success of the option be determined similar to how it was in the Winter Palace with it being tied to clues, dialogue and peer approval although with improvement and more variety depending on the situation. Some situations could be similar to the Landsmeet in that it depends on prior actions taken as well as dialogue.

A scenario could be that the protagonist needs to sabotage an alliance in the making and does so by publically humiliating the party seeking the alliance by finding evidence of their dirty laundry and exposing it through dialogue thereby ruining the party and their reputation in the eyes of their peers and thus ending the alliance without resorting to murder.
