Clever, you probably got it backwards on purpose but I think it is can't spell necromancer without romance. Which does bring up questions with what one is doing with the necromancy. <insert smiley face>
Looking at the designs for Tevinter imperium, always thought it was a vaguely "Roman" empire with magic from the name, the stock images suggest elaborate high medieval/ renaissance but perhaps an analogy would be with a Byzantine/ Eastern Roman Empire with a touch of high germanic Holy Roman Empire. Though its statues and name suggests a kind of Roman/ Greek influence the stock image seems something else. I guess the thousand odd years would have cultural evolution and frankly hoping for a difference from a "fantasy roman empire", not that I don't mind the concept, great for a tabletop rpg, so long as thats what it is meant to be. I suspect any great unifying government based on conquest is going to have a self concept similar to empire and will use grandiose architecture, a particular bureaucracy and introduce standards of measurement and communication. Tevinter Imperium, when you need bad guys who are not Dark Spawn..
