I kind of like this armor set;

It certainly has the colors and pointy bits to be repurposed as a Tevinter piece though I would like to see the sun-like mark on the chest kept because it stands out in a very nice way. I think this was concept art for Hawke and the mage armor in Dragon Age II.

 

Little known fact; Hawke was originally going to be a miner who'd never seen the sun and had severe pink eye as well as a preference for dark clothing. I'm kidding, I do not think that was the intent but I like to imaging that was one of the versions Varric told of the tale. Maybe he had a mandate from his publisher that said everything had to be gritty and no hero have happy moments that didn't end tragically.

There were still some good pieces but we need more feather- or fur-lined collars and scarves in the games, in my opinion!

I'm happy that we have more incognito clothing that is not simply armor.

 

Here's hoping we'll see the return of unarmed casting because I like that a lot and I'd even be fine with penalties. I think it could be interesting to see it implemented that you can cast without a staff but there is a penalty to it that gradually disappears as you climb levels and become more experienced in magic.

I liked the rogue though. Coulda been even cooler.. like where was this helm?

I hope we can craft and name weapons and armor in the next game; I just genuinely liked it even if it stood to be improved in some aspects.  

 

I'd be interested to know how well, or not, the DAI crafting was received. To be honest, I only did a great deal of crafting once I had used Cheat Engine to give myself 200 of all the mats. I primarily used crafting for appearance sake, since I play on casual. I'm not going to farm mats and make the game into "work" that I don't consider fun.

This reminds me; Oh, how I want to see helmets be visible in cutscenes. I was almost upset that I could not see my Orlesian masks during cutscenes because I liked them so much!

. I don't hate anyone. When is telling my truth hate? I don't hate no one who's a PoC I love everybody, really. I only speak for social justice. And why BioWare games is based on social justice? Think about it.

I think it's more or less the same thing they did with the Champion's armour in DA2, three different versions of the same armour. I don't think we know if they designed the rogue one before (though it's possible since many concepts were about rogues, but I recall in the Gameson 2013 dev diary they shown different armour concept of all classes).
