I want everything to do with spirits to go away.
I want every mage to be like Morrigan. And I don't even like Morrigan... lol. But at least she's in control of magic, instead of the reverse.

I just thought of a crazy romance idea! A spirit of love, who gets ends up turning into a desire demon, unless you act accordingly! I know it's stupid, but it would a new experience.
Codex Entry: Spirits and Demons

Solas also controls magic (his flaw is rather planning as his plans have often backfire), and his personality is less mean that Morrigan's, although he wants to blow up the freaking world.I want everything to do with spirits to go away.

I don't think he controls it so much as lives at home with it. It's a slightly different spin. He relishes in that whole plane. Morrigan seems to like this world (even if she's lousy company), and then talks about the Fade and Magic as something to "command". I wish all mages were like that. I would say Hawke is too, for most players.
Do you think arranged marriages would play a part in a game set in Tevinter?
I'd like to see more an emphasis on how demons can decieve people like how they've been shown before with Mouse especially as he was an attempt to trick the player as well. It is an aspect of demons that I feel is more frightening and interesting than seeing them as opponents.
I do not mind demons encountered as combat opponents but with demons that are described as excelling in deception and subtle manipulation, it is a shame to not see this demonstrated more than their fighting prowess.
I like scenarios like Mouse and Envy because they are examples of the psychological horror of demons: Envy is a demon that tries to learn about you by trying to provoke reactions so that it can better impersonate you and wear your life like it does your face. Each thing you say or do gets it one step closer to doing so.
Basically, I like to see the psychological horror of demons more than I like seeing them as combative opponents.
And not Imshael! Ugly as hell lol.

Well, I think Spirits do the same. Valor tries it right after Mouse.
He's just not malicious. But still, he commends your Willpower if you resist. To me, that's what any strong mage would probably do. They wouldn't get sucked into any of it.
That's why I still can like Morrigan. For all her faults, her independence is a benefit. We can probably thank her mom for that.
They can do a lohgain situation cutscene to fix thatIt's definitely 'easier' then being an abomination, since this would require a huge change in perspective from the PC, and a lot of work from to implemente it along the other type of PC.
that's pretty mundane almost takes the mysticism out everything but totally get itI want everything to do with spirits to go away.

I'm thinking of the relationship between the protagonist and Valkorion in the Old Republic: Knights of the Fallen Empire and how the relationship influenced certain choices and caused others.
An example is that if the player selects two specific choices it will be remembered and will cause a third choice to be made with the player's input voided because of their aforementioned two other choices. It was a rather neat implementation and helped serve as a consequence because of what the third choice can result in; namely, the deaths of a large number of people amongst them being innocent refugees.
It was also neat because Valkorion was manipulating the player as he was attempting to manipulate the player character: Valkorion was basically presenting choices as if they had a certain outcome thereby leaving the player possibly worried about their decision whilst doubting the truth of his words.

It does. But it emphasizes what mages can do in a mundane world still. That's where all the fear and drama is anyways. This wouldn't take that away.
Yet people want all of this Fade stuff. Or want a completely different, Veil-less setting. That has sucked since the original game. And it still isn't good. Nor are elves (except City Elves
).
Sorry for sounding rude.
I just feel like sometimes I'm a D&D campaign, run by a wizard fanatic. I hate those guys.
Do you think arranged marriages would play a part in a game set in Tevinter? From what Dorian told me eugenics and selective breeding is a heavy aspect for the aristocracy.
Depends on by what part you imagine it could have? Eugenics and selective breeding is a confirmed and shown component of their culture and society.
Your not totally share the concern. And try a tiefling fan obsessed 28th stupid evil and rapefest for days... Chick had issuesSorry for sounding rude.

I saw you made a KoA comment before you edited.
In any case, I never finished it. I kept it around for a rainy day though.
