I have never heard of dune tbh

Really? I recommend it.

You said you were a Star Wars fan. Dune influenced Lucas.. Although I wouldn't say they're that alike.

Your X1? As in Xbox? You want to crack it open?

I was tempted to get one of those Alienware PC consoles today... but Dell's shopping cart is broken.

That machine doesn't seem too overpriced. It's the Alienware Alpha.. Kind of like the steam machine, but windows.

I just wanted something basic atm and didn't want to buy a monitor. I'm so used to laptops nowadays.

I use the XOne a lot.. My PS4 is collecting dust.

Ah....finally got it working. I guess I'll be the owner of that machine now.

I guess I'll use my XOne controller with this. But I don't even like these that much. The 360 controller was the best...

No it was the gen1 controller Damn things were near indestructible and you could mod them to be holdhold weapons

Gen 1 Xbox? I don't remember it now.

Dreamcast had a good controller back then too.

Well I have my money on a stalemate. Qunari have navel and arguably magic since destruction vs control destruction wins through attrition. Kill enough and who wins?

While vints have the option of diplomacy and potential alliances. But it's all moot til we know who side solas aides indirectly or will he get the MT war treatment

Don't forget leadership. That can change the balance. The Qunari have an ex-companion, which is very good for them, but Tevinter may end up having a Protagonist. Against the snowflake, all the advantages in the world are moot.

Hopefully, with some luck Bioware will try to justify it better than with a "they kill lots of people, they win" argument. A mission in which they steal the gaatlock formula would do more to make a Qunari defeat believable than "look at how awesomely that Qunari siege machinery explodes" or "Solas did it" argument.

it was the bigass black box that had green gem in it.

And the cast died too young... Ever since Sega has yet to recover

They publish good games at least. Bayonetta, Yakuza, Valkyria Chronciles, Vanquish, Total War...

But I agree. Not the same. I was a Sega fanboy back in the day.

That's a concept that could either improve or kill the game, depending on how is executed, Rise of Legends had mages, steampunk and even aliens fighting each other... sounds ridiculous, but they executed the concepts very well, so well that the game received better reviews than some GoTys.

I know Fable 3 sucks but I thought Microsoft had murdered the company to keep Fable, isn't one coming soon btw?

Sadly Lionhead studios has ended. Perhaps one day someone will re imagine the Fable series, but for now, it's a bittersweet farewell. While I don't agree with everything they have done, the first Fable game has always a nostalgic place in my heart.

The one in the works failed in Beta or something. Or just didn't get enough support or player interest.

I'd hardly call it Fable though. They were trying something different by making it multiplayer. And now the whole company is gone.
