Demons don't do things just to have fun. They do them for sucking out you energy, which generally ends with either you dead or a slave to them (when they're in the physical world).
Also, they can't touch non-mages from the Fade.

It's just my theory: Instead of sucking their life force why just consume their sexual energy instead? That way the demon won't kill the host. And they should have a book of sex magic to summon the succubus in order to have physical relations with normal women as food for sexual energy.

Because the devs didn't intend demons to work that way. They feed on the living energy of mortals. Sex 'energy' doesn't do nothing for them. And considering how there are many different types of demons, it wouldn't make sense that just the desire ones would feed on something else. Beside, desire demon aren't just lust demons. They tempt mortal with every desire they can have, which includes, but doesn't generally mean just sex.

Succubus do exist in the Witcher universe, and are present in both TW2 and TW3 in some forms. And they're not interested in killing, but just sex, as far as I recall.

It's just merely fan fiction and I read a little bit of Stephen King that is about a man who encountered a succubus to take his sperm to turn into a incubus to impregnate a woman (The book is called The Wolves of the Calla) so its based on that novel. But it would be very nice if they create those type of demons.

Not necessarily, at least in this regard, The writer of the books already had a succubus in the books. They just followed his work.

I still don't see how a lust demon/succubus is a proof or having imagination. It's basically one of the most common type of demons in most media.
