This isn't a Fade thing? Show another point of view? Even before Dragon Age Inquisition, I had saved Loghain because of this... more or less... e_e... less than more.

It's one thing to show multiple perspectives, but to say they're both right is silly. Loghain wasn't doing it to save his soldiers.

Well, someone in his army could believe in his lie, in this case, in the soldier view Loghain saved him. :P

I often have solas's view of thing there is no "easy or simple" answer just whatever and speculaction is moot without proper evidence and all I see from gathered evidence is

Fade was a parallel realm elves went into when they did the Jedi trance. Solar says enough and not only tranquilizes his people but destroys them so they can have a second chance it goes south after hints canniblizes the remnants.

I take a harder stance, I suppose. But often on ethical stuff. Not everything.

This makes me a pretty decent Inquisitor, actually...if I do say so myself. You have to be a bit arrogant for that. :P

Based on that ideia, the Fade be a realm separated from the ''reality'' even before the Veil, in this case, Solas used the Fade more to imprison the ''Gods'' than whatever he wanted.

That would be interesting...

It'd be put the Chantry version of the Fade back in play.

Even Solas is open to the idea of the Maker :D

Maybe Flemeth too... but she's pretty hard to read.

Isn't it the Black City that has all the secrets?

I don't see a problem with Solas believing that the Maker/higher being can exist. Modern elves, and humans do believe in gods. I don't see why (Some) ancient elves wouldn't believe or consider the possibility of some higher being creating the world.

I don't see the prob either. Although I'm sure the devil is in the details. He's merely open to the idea of a higher creator deity. Who knows what else he thinks. lol

I don't know about that either. Maybe so. Corypheus was disappointed though.

Why not both?

I could understand if it was the real world and you were skeptical about everything.. but here, the incorporeal world is proven. And so are lesser gods. It's not much of a stretch to go further, once you've opened that door.

More on topic honestly the Tevinter thing is dumb because they just kind of broke into a break in the Elvish apocalypse and are just kind of borrowing and using their magic and power to accomplish pretty much anything they ever accomplished.

Minus that, they're just a bunch of wackjobs, I would just send in Sten and he could conquer their entire country without the thefts cause they're all a bunch of losers.

They should just have a game focused on the Elves and resolve all that situation once and for all.

And even then we would probably just learn the Elves stole it from someone else.

And raise hell @ The Imperium.

I just don't put stock in absentee "parents" that want to dictate my morale compass. I'm me I'm nobody's puppet conniving, borderline narssictic and maybe a deviant from traditional sex but no bloody puppet

Well, to me at least, I kind of see the Maker as a Creator god that stepped away from the world once finished with Creation. However, I don't think he's truly the type of deity to try and dictate your moral compass. That's purely the work of men and the Chantry. That said, things like serving the poor and destitute as well as being a kind person are hardly terrible things to have as a part of your moral compass lol. Though I do get where you're coming from.

Well, according to the Chantry he did that because his children had already turned away from him. So it was mutual.

Well he first turned away when The Magisters Sidereal opened that Breach into the Golden City, so he punished all of the world for the actions of a few proud mortals who wished to conquer the Golden City. Then he turned away the second time when Andraste got burned. Again, punishing everyone just cause of a few morons.

Side note: prior to the Black City getting breached, was it already theoretically unreachable like it is now? Or did the Magisters breaching the City release some sort of defense or failsafe that made impossible to enter or reach?

A thought. Demons of hate? Yea or nay?
