If DA:I gives no option to side or deal with proper Tevinter agents, diplomats, forces, or otherwise serve Imperium interests I will be very, very, very disappointed. 
And no Dorian is no true Tevinter. He deserves the rite of tranquility for his disdain over the Imperium's superior culture and way of life

  

It would be quite foolish for them not to add Tevinters into our Inquisition, I mean they're letting us decorate the Inquisition with Tevinter symbols and decorations.
 
As for our wayward son.. well I hope we can convince Dorian to abandon his foolish ideas and embrace his true destiny.

Well, unless there's really a Compromise option for mages and templar in DAI and they took it in the last stream, you can apparently take The banner and other custom options of both mages and templars regardless of The faction you supported, so Having tevinter banner and heraldry doesn't mean much.
It's better to be prepared for disappointment. Even if you migh recruit some Tevinters in the Inquisition, I honestly doubt you can ally with The only tevinter faction in the game. And I doubt you'll be able to promote The interests of The Imperium as you won't be Able to promote The interests of Nevarra, Antiva or Kal-Sharok.

As for voting, I support Magister RobRam for Archon. I am the high priest of Dumat, lord of the gods so it is only fitting I nominate myself to continue representing his interests. As for the Chantry I truthfully do not care who runs it so long as they do not meddle in Dumat's holy affairs. Let the South tremble in fear of our power! All hail The Archon! All hail Tevinter! No, it doesn't seem there'll be, so you can actually use banners of factions you don't support.

There was sadly another hint when they talked about Skyhold. You can build a tower for either mages or Templars, and it's like based on who you made an alliance with.
Even if want a Compromise option, it makes sense in the story why you'll make an alliance with just one. The plot is The First main one in the story, and The inquisition isn't probably strong enough to force an armistice between them.

As for Tallis, that elf wench...I would consider it an honor and great joy to personally introduce her to the eternal Silence that Dumat provides to all his enemies.

Service to the Imperium has it's perks, for one you are not beholden to whim's of a revered mother you will serve under a Magister well versed in the arcane you will learn proper respect for magic and those who practice it and no longer need worry about insane blood thirsty sadists ordering you to cut down children on a "hunch" not to mention as our towers are not prisons you not only get vacation time but the relationship between Templars and Magi is on good terms. You are no longer prison guards but well trained units that serve directly under Magisters whos job it is to hunt down abominations and annul circles only as a last resort.

 

Think no more junky detoxing when you can't get your fix, all the Lyrium you could want on hand.

I doubt that templars have fenris' tattoo in Tevinter. Lambert didn't.
It's more likely they have some runes in weapons and armours. It'll be moronically stupid to give them even more power then Southern templars, without The Control lyrium provides on them.
But hey, you guys' arrogance and hubrys might've lead to the Blights, so maybe you actually give Them lyrium tattoos .
