Hey, I have searched everywhere but couldn't find anything about this. Is it possible to change individual power cooldowns?

I don't remember if that is in coalesced.ini, but it might be worth a look.

Location should be x:\...\mass effect 2\BioGame\Config\PC\Cooked\coalesced.ini

 

Note that when you edit this file the game might not run unless you use the ini fixer, unless you keep the total number of characters the same.

It is not there. That's my "problem". I know how to change stuff in coalesced but I couldn't find it there.
