Bioware site not responding...

I'm trying to put in my CD key so I can install "Bring Down The Sky", but the site is not responding. I've been sitting on that page for over 5 minutes now. As it was, I had to download the 1.02 patch and BDTS from FilePlanet.com because neither this site, nor EA's support site, had either of these files available for download. And yes, I live-chatted with EA about it, and they said they'd get back to me - when I searched their site, nothing came up at all for the PC version of ME1. Come on, guys, I know ME2's launch time is right around the corner, but this is ridiculous.

For anyone who reads this, the links are in the topic "ME1 Patch and Bring Down the Sky Links". Site's back up and running, and I've got my key. Everybody should have access now, but make sure you follow all the tips in the other topic.
