No, only gamestop preorder gets blackstorm. The DDE gets collector armour+assault rifle and if you preorder inferno armour(which the regular edition also gets on preorder)

I belive the Digital Pre orders get something called the incisor rifle. I can only go by wht the mass effect wiki page said.
