Has anyone from within the EU actually gotten this working?

To all fellow europeans: Apparently you have to wait for 17th of November for it to preload because you don't get charged before that time, i spoke with the EA customer support and they confirmed that you get charged when the preload gets unlocked in your region (which is 17-11-2014 at 5pm GMT), using a VPN now means you will pay with different regional currency which WILL get you banned. If you go into your account details and order history, you can check your order status, which in the European case should be still processing.

Mine is stuck in processing so no preload for me contacted ea support about it and apparently its a known issue and they're working on it. I paid with paypal so they already took my money.

VPN trick hasn't worked for me yet, Even after multiple restarts of the Origin client. The time on it says 5pm, but it's just greyed out still.

Before 20:00MSK showed Nov 14 20:00. Now "Availible Nov 18 11:00"

If you can't preload and you  pre ordered game by Origin - check your order history. I bought my Digital Deluxe Edition on 2 October, paid instantly by PayPal, but my order status is still "Processing" and release date is set on 19 November. So of course no preload buton for me too.

hehe, yes that makes sense. Well it doesnt make sense that we havent been charged yet, but atleast we will be able to unlock the game then anyway. Maybe a few hours of game time loss? no biggie, i intended to do this from the beginning anyway because i didnt even think it was possible to do the pause/unpause preload trick with vpn thing until someone said it was. Nothing to fret over, an annoyance for sure, but nothing major.

I'm in europe too, can't load via vpn even though my order has been paid already via paypal ... damn ... no internet on sunday through wednesday so no preload possibility of not today or tomorrow via vpn --" Damn.

Looks like it. I bought the game with paypal for like 3-4 months ago. It then took money from me. But it looks they don't "charge" you before Monday

that was my original plan, lets hope it works, if not, the us/canadians will know for sure, because they will have to option to unlock the game sooner via the korean vpn simply because they already have it preloaded. We will be informed of it, at any rate. People are likely to gloat

Still no preload button, but I have found the one for cancelling the preorder, and I am tempted to press it, because I am beyond tired of EA's total lack of respect for it's customers.
