Just wanted to see what really stood out to other players throughout the games in Bioware's library. Personallly, one of my fondest memories was in NWN 2. I can't express how pleased I was when I was given the opportunity to set Cain on fire and effectively win the lute competition. These are the kind of choices that should be given more often in games.
Most memorable moments in Bioware games?

Choosing between Kaiden/Ash in ME1 at Virmire. Shepard dies in ME2. Meeting Moarinth. Suicide Mission.
~~~
I think NWN2 was handled by Obsidian, Bioware handled the first.
That said, the reveal in KOTOR was terrific, the siege fought at the Wall in HotU, the Broodmother poem and reveal in DAO, and lol almost the entire session of the Citadel DLC for ME3 are my personal standout moments (at least those popping into my faded grey cells currently).
I'd rather talk about favorite NWN2 moments right now even so. My favorite NWN2 moment was meeting Myrkul in the Astral Plane.
Still chilling.
All of Virmire.
Also that one time when Varric was narrating his break into Bertrand's estate and taking some literal liberties. I was laughing the whole time playing that one.
Well the Jail Break for the Warden in DAO describes my Warden well. While Nude, unlocking the door, kicking the guard in the groin, steal the key anyways, get the Militia Armor and act like one of the soldiers in the prison and walk out like a boss. Yes Coach Alistar to answer the Captain correctly.
Of course Kotor 1 Revelation Scene.
KoTOR
Trolling Bastila
That silly Sith Lord's "test" on Korriban
Daddy, halp!
Mass Effect
"You refused to testify. Obviously you hate justice and deserve this."
Ashley, you killed Wrex! How could you?
Dragon Age Origin
"I hear you're making a killing. Me too!"
All the shockingly half assed protests the companion characters voice when the Warden murders people.
"Nobody tells him what to do, nobody!"
The part where you give Behlen the crown and he immediately has Harrowmont killed. Yikes, didn't really inspire confidence.
"How strong are your teeth?"
Mass Effect 2
"But the prize."
Feeding Shepard to Morinth.
That one never ending battle with the collectors on the flying hexagons in the collector ship.
Biotic Charge spam.
The renegade defense during Tali's trial
"Get out of here now, before it blows! Run!"
All the non-collector character deaths during the suicide mission.
Bringing Legion to the Quarian fleet.
"You humans are all racist!"
The return of Rana Thanoptis.
"The human cannot even hit a simple target!"
Dragon Age II
Varric sassing Cassandra.
That part where Meredith learns to fly and attacks Hawke.
Old Republic
Meeting that imperial agent who said he killed his subordinates because he thought they were plotting against him when they were really planning his surprise birthday party. That was funny.
Mass Effect 3
Aw sweet, a prothean laser rifle! Lasers are awesome.
Aw hell no, what did BioWare do to the Geth?
Thane gets murdered by a... space ninja?
Aw hell no, what did BioWare do to Morinth?
Goodbye, Garrus. :')
Goodbye, Anderson. :'(
Aw hell no, what did BioWare do to Mass Effect?
Indeed.
I think even the small, minor moments were great. It had artful character direction. Like meeting Aria, Garrus, or Zaeed in Omega. Lots of good lines and closeups. The lighting in Jack's hiding spot. Anything with Legion.
-The different fates of Mephistopheles (you can make him a chamber maiden if you know his True Name).
The trilogies ending kinda makes it dumb though...
Not want to get into too big a discussion, but everything makes sense as long as the Reapers aren't aware of the Catalyst. Which is very plausible, they never hint at knowing it exists. This also explains the need for Sovereign as a vanguard and the Keepers.
I also think the Catalyst only controls them in as much as they do what it wants them to do (i.e. the harvest), not like he controls them like you control Shepard with your mouse/keyboard or controller. Perfect indoctrination, so you wish.
