No one from Bioware nor EA has contacted me. This thing is filled with bugs such as the gun not firing, unable to use ladders, etc.

The box stated that there was technical support but that is blatantly fraudulant.  If Bioware is not going to support its products then Bioware should stop producing products.

I informed my 2 million blog followers that Bioware's products should be avoided at all costs until Bioware's products are not substandard and Bioware treats its customers properly.

I'm pretty sure Bioware said they won't support ME3 MP anymore.  They're keeping the servers up and that's it.

Although the support was always questionable anyway - I foolishly paid real $ for a couple of PSPs in the store and one of them never arrived.  I spent ages emailing/calling EA and Sony and they both basically told me it was the other's fault. Never did get that pack.

They aren't doing updates for ME3 anymore dude. The game as it is now is how it will stay.

This really sounds more like lag effects than real "bugs"

The issues I am having are definitely not due to lag but faulty programming. If ME3 is not being supported 2 yrs after production and 1 year on the market it shows that they knew this was a bugged part of the game. They released it "as is" omitting the large volume of problems associated with it because then it wouldn't sell.

There is no sdk for users to fix errors such as what I'm experiencing, so if this is the best Bioware can do then 1) they'll be shut down faster than Origin and Looking Glass studios, and 2) Bioware's market share is going to drop tremendously to the point they won't make any more PC games.  No substandard games on the market is a definite plus.

Thanks folks, I will update my followers accordingly.  Its back to Skyrim for me as well as maybe reloading UT.

Talk to BroJo (Bryan Johnson). Or check the MP problems thread he created in the actual MP forum. I've had similar issues and so have others, and they get fixed fast. Calling the companies aren't the best way to go. You're basically calling corporate for a low level problem, and corporate level support has no idea 9/10 times about specifics.

Thanks, might give that a whirl.  It was over 18 months ago but it can't hurt to try!
