 The healing spells got cut but can we still use Group Heal? Or bring party members back to life?

Yes those two spells are in healing has not been "cut" per say but demphasized.

You can manually run up to a downed party member and "revive" them, but this takes a bit of time. There is a revive spell however than is instant and you can use at a distance, though I doubt it heals you that much. The amount of health you get back once revived may depend on the difficulty.

There is a group heal, but it appears to be dependant on focus (an additional resource you build up by fighting), and so can't be just used at will.
