I want to see Fenris with shorter hair and different clothes. I'm not a big fan of Anders, but I want to see him as well, because of what he did in DA2. Person who made such a disaster can't just disappear.

Hmm... since Hawke seems to be returning, it would be nice to have at least mention of their love interest (Fenris/Anders/Isabela/Merrill) and I do have fondness for Aveline (preferably with her husband Donnic ). Fenris especially I would like to see with Hawke.

 

Actually, as long their reappearance makes sense, I am fine with any companion from DA franchise. Even with Sebastian (who really isn't in my favourite character list).

Probably an unpopular opinion, but I want to see Anders return (if Hawke spares him). I want to see what he is making of the Mage-Templar War and the Fade rifts, and what he has been doing since he blew up the Chantry.

 

I don't want to see Sebastian return, unless I can kill him or tell him to go suck a nug or something, because I always found him annoying. lol

DA:O - I could actually live without seeing Morrigan again as I was never all that fond of her (although that's not to be). I hope we don't see Oghren again as he was the only one I never liked.

 

DA2 - I shouldn't be seeing Anders again as I wind up killing him all the time (though if I make a world where he lives, I want to tranquilize him), and he's the only one I actively don't want to see

 

As for ones I'd like to see again, Aveline just to see how she's getting on. I'll be getting to see Varric (yay), and I wouldn't mind seeing just enough of Fenris to know he really did go with Hawke (doesn't need to be a speaking role; cameo only). It would also be interesting to see Sten and Alistair (yay) to find out how my Wardens disappeared.

Origins/Awakening was not improved by Oghren for me.  He can not show up again.

Velanna is terrible, and I roll Dalish.
I never want to seen Anders again, I don't want to be reminded of DA2 and its ending.

Fenris doesn't even have 1 dimension, so I'm fine with leaving him in DA2.
Isabella is handled terribly, but fortunately she never returned with the Tome for me, so I'm unlikely to see her for my first playthrough.
Wynne's dead, and that finishes it.

But everyone else I want to see again, in varying degrees.

Want to see

DAO: Loghain. I killed him as Queen, but not in other playthroughs. It will be interesting to see how he handles the political currents in Orlais. I doubt someone as motivated as him will just stay in the Grey Wardens.

DAA: Nathaniel. I hope the Howes fortunes have improved by this point. It's not fair that Nathaniel and Delilah have to suffer for Rendon's actions.

DA2: Bethany! I really hope she's finding happiness, as a Grey Warden or an apostate.

 

No thanks:

DAO: Oghren. It's not that I don't like Oghren, I really do. It's just that I felt his story was complete at the end of Origins. Best it's just done.

DAA: Velanna. I've little respect for her. Thankfully, she's dead in my playthrough, so that won't be a problem.

DA2: Anders. I liked Anders in Awakening, but that didn't last long in DA2. Killed him as well.

I'll love to see Sten, Bethany and Alistair...All alive and doing what has to be done. 

 

With Sten being changed about the way he views the world, same as Bethany being a grey warden/circle mage.  And then Alistair as a King.

 

Aveline too..... will love to hear from her a bit. At least together with Hawke and Bethany.

 

I don't want to see Fenris, Ander. I've had enough of those blasphemous.......... Worse companions ever.

 

Sigrun, Velanna, Nathaniel, Oghren well........ they are either dead or way into the deep roads... each with their cause.

 

 

I'd also love to hear from Wynne... she was the best healer ever. I feel like I'm the only one that lvoe her subtle and motherly voice...

I know she is dead in one of the books, I'd love to befriend her son, Rhys and see him happy together with Evangeline.

Please make this guy a companion! David Gaider: I like this guy. He always pushes the right buttons.

He could have a unique companion tree called AWESOME!

 

 

In all seriousness though, I am happy with any returning companions as long as there aren't to many.

If I MUST choose.

 

 

To return: Shale. Shale was awesome.

Do not return: Anders. I want peace between the mages and templars, and if Anders returns, that might prove difficult...

 

 

 

P.s. I want to make it clear that I am just joking around. I genuinely wholeheartedly think of David Gaider to be amazing.

I don't mind any of the companions from DA:O returning, or even support characters. I killed off the ones I didn't like All the characters from Awakenings are welcomed to return (except Anders). I even semi liked Velanna, even though she irritated to me.

 

From DA:2. It's really only Anders and Sebastian. I have no interest in either one. I murder knifed Anders at the end, and wished that Sebastian would have gotten mad at me for siding with the mages, just so he would leave. Though, I am curious about Justice. If he didn't go back to the Fade, did he repossess Anders' corpse or what? Lots of mage bodies laying around...

There's no characters that I dislike and don't want to see, there are just characters that I don't care about/am indifferent towards, usually because I consider them boring and not very dynamic.

 

DA:O characters are Alistair, Leilana (I may change my mind, depending on how she acts in DA:I), Isolde, Arl Eamon, Wynne, and Oghren. 

 

DA:A characters I have no one, because all of the characters interested me.

 

DA:2 characters are Fenris, Merrill, and Aveline.

 

The characters I really want to see from greatest to least: Morrigan, Sten, Varric,The Architect, Corypheus, Velanna, Sigrun, Nathaniel Howe, Cassandra, Sandal, Dagna, Isabela, Zevran, Justice/Anders, Carver/Bethany, and Hawke.

I'd really like to see loghain back as a warden if spared. Or at least hear something about him. I think it would be kinda cool if u made Carver a warden in Da2 if loghain ended up as a mentor of his.

And anybody else coming back is cool as long as it makes sense and isn't forced. I never had a problem with any of the companions so works for me.
