The amount of negativity here is just... amazing.
And all of them my toothmarks
Hmmm Think we could re-make Vivienne's ourfit in purple?
Ooh, I can't wait to see how different armors change when Vivienne equips them.

Really surprised by some of these numbers when I first saw it. 30 mounts, while almost certainly going to come down to some color options (horse-types, colored lizard mounts and the like) it's just nice to see a wide variaty one way or another.
As far as total abilities and all that DAI has more then DA2, but DA2 has a larger 'number' due to upgrades. It's been stated before, multiple times in the skills thread. Gist of it is there was an avg of 5.2 skills per tab in DA2 which we'll round up to 47 per char (that's including specializations), 141 all combined. At 5 active + 4 passive in 4 main and 7-ish (if old footage remains true) for specialization's 57 per class, or 171. I'd say, upgrades aside, DAI has the edge of interesting things to spend points on - and that's ignoring more tactically minded spells such as Icewall or that Static Cage spell which is sexeh.
Anyway, holy balls at them numbehs, lotta customization comin' our way. ![]()

We get draperies! Draperies!! I am in heaven. I can't wait for the skyhold.
We get draperies but we still can't dye our armor. Yay.

Its a legitimate thing to be disappointed about, not that i would personally pay too much attention to it because as you said, we have all these options

I'd like to be able to have a party with the strongest armor in the game without them all wearing the same color.

I did this in Origins. Nobody had an armour with the same colour, and We couldn't dye our armours.

Yes, but now they've tied armor color to the material it's made out of.

So prop themes are the throne room themes we saw earlier with the Tevinter, Orlais, and Kirkwall styles right?

Yes, but there are different materials, and the top tier might include different ones, so using different ones for your final armours will give different colours.

I really hope this is the case, and that we have a full palette to choose from.
You are always so optimistic, thank you! And I really hope you're right about all these things. ![]()

Me gusta!
Although the number of abilites and talents just makes me sad I'm limited to 8 most of the time ![]()
But anyway: yay! I am going to be spending way too much time crafting gear and customizing Skyhold... if I manage to tear myself away from the character creator at all.

This game does not strike me as the type that all character would even want the same armour.
