Only other major things are that if Wynne dies, shouldn't her image be skeletonized like the rest?
Also, I think there needs to be a Warden died killing arch demon tile for Witch Hunt, not just Warden didn't go through eluvian.
I may just be being nit picky with that though.

Oh and I assume ya'll are going to add more to it in the future. Would love to see the expansion stuff added in.
Played it again, used the option to edit random choices while watching ISS - very smooth transition with no lagging time, even though I was watching it using mobile internet.
... How do you do that?

If the Edit Choice function doesn't pop up make sure you've 'unlocked' your world state.
ok i love the iss, but sadly i am also getting to the dwarf part of the story then the sound cuts out and then the movie cuts out just after, i cleaned my cache and re logged in but still happening, i filed a bug report, i also keep getting my choices reset so i sent a bug report for that too, but other than that i love the new stuff added, the narration whilst it worked was awesome, the movie looks beautiful, the new options are great, though i hope we get an option for what we did with king cailans body added maybe at some point, but fantastic job now i think i'll go play about with the keep a bit more see if i missed anything 
And it was jarring to not hear Varric talking about himself, or his friendship/rivalry with Hawke.
I know, right! I was expecting him to come out with something smart about Hawke's dashing Dwarven companion, LOL!
Urgh.... the ISS was working fine...but now with a new world state I did, everytime I play it, it changes a whole bunch of my choices! My warden's race and gender, who they romanced, and other small story details. //sigh
Is there a way to play only sections of the ISS? I can't get past my Redcliffe bug (the ISS playing all the Connor choices w/o narration and going blank afterwards) and would love to see the rest.
Ok, looks like I got it to play all the way through. I had not picked choices for any of the new options; maybe that was the cause? It was only thing I changed. Also, I had not seen the "Edit Choice" button before now!!

I think this may have to do with locking or unlocking the World State.

I tried it with my worldstate unlocked and locked and it still changed both times. Even when locking my romance she was still switched out for Morrigan and my female Amell changed to a male Surana.
I also think having a pause button and skip segment option could be helpful, for example, perhaps you have selected your choices, but only want to watch/adust for DA2 and keeping DAO the same. Or perhaps you stopped in the middle of watching and want to pick up where you left off.
I just want to say that the ISS is just fantastic. The artwork, the sound/music, Mr. Bloom's voice, it's all just gorgeous. It's especially awesome to hear Varric basically retell my own personal canon to me, it makes it feel more "real" and personal, if that makes sense. I'm using the latest version of Firefox and I only noticed one instance where it cut out early, when it talked about Ander's surviving, you could tell he was going to say "but many others did not" (or something along those lines) but it cut to the next scene rate after "did". I see that other people have reported it changing choices or what-have-you, but I did not notice any such change. I did notice that it used the artwork for a male elf instead of a male human, for my Mage Warden, but I know you guys are already aware of artwork bugs, so it didn't bother me much.
Overall though, seriousy well done.
My only suggestion at this point is to add a pause button, as I was interrupted a few times while trying to watch it initially and had to cancel it out and start over each time so I could actually pay attention without it going on without me in the background.

Meeran and Athenril were fine for me.
I think I do like that this is a good way to refresh your memory, but it's a bit odd that there's limited options presented when there's more (example: Alistair and Anora rule, when there's a few variations possible.)
Maybe something in the beginning (not of the video but like a pop up welcome to the Keep tutorial thing) to let a new user know that they can use the ISS to give a good layout, but that you can go in and make changes afterwards to something that wasn't listed?
There are a couple of mistakes:
-Arl Eamon wasn't ill because of a demon possesing his son, it was poisoned by Jowan, an apostate
-Aveline was no "old friend" of the family. They actually met at leaving Lothering

-Button for full screen.
-Something to control the volume

That aside, the ISS is completely amazing, I'm completely in love with this feature. I'd love for more choices and details to be included in it. :3
Just watched the ISS, beautiful! 
loved every moment of it.
My comments on it:
1. A pause button would be nice, or a way to view the ISS from any of the key plot points
2. The battle of Ostagar only had a picture of Morrigan and flemeth, it seems odd that was the only image I saw and not a picture of the actual battle. .
3. I agree with the transition between DA:O and DA2 is a bit off.
4. When choosing who slays the archdemon, the option to select Loghain isn't there. The world state I viewed had him killed so maybe this is why.

Technically Eamon was in the condition he was in because the demon was keeping him alive, the poison would have killed him already, but the demon wouldn't heal him.

Same thing happened to me too
Question for other Keepers: Does the ISS always say the Urn of Sacred Ashes mysteriously disappeared? It did for both of my playthroughs, even though my CE slew the high dragon and let Brother Genitivi do his thing.
The ISS IS AMAZING!!!! I REALLY LOVED IT!!! It was really cool to see my story that I have played for all these years finally be told. Amazing work...
The only things I have seen are:
- At some points, the music overshadowed Varric's voice... I noticed a few during DA2 ACT 2 parts.
- It was a little choppy when it would show a few scenes
- During the Urn of Sacred Ashes part, there is a huge pause where the scene would show both the urn being destoryed and the urn being left alone and then it would say your choice.
- Choosing between Athenril and Meeren, it's picture only showed Meeren even though i sided with Althenril.
- Some parts of when it would flow to one scene to the other kind of didnt flow smoothly it would just go straight jump into the next scene.
Some things I would like to see in the ISS:
- The events of Dragon Age: Awakening.
- Isabella's relations to the Qunari
- Who did Hawke side with during the opening act of Act 3
- Who did Hawke romance? I romanced Sebastian and I didn't see that for DA2.
- What did the Warden do to help Morrigan with Flemeth
This was amazing to watch and I have a feeling I am going to keep on playing with the ISS. Its so much fun!
