Yes there is in fact a secret bridging DLC that will be released.
It is called Wrath of Conrad.
Basically blowing up the Citadel and half the relays caused the orbit of the planet Conrad Verner was on to shift. He and his rag tag band of survivors were only able to survive due to Conrad's high level understanding of dark energy.
20 years later Shepard has been promoted several times and took a spot at Alliance Command. Normandy SR2 is aging and is being used as a training vessel. Many of the old crew are still around teaching recruits.
Conrad is discovered by a team surveying sites to conduct dark energy tests, and manages to steal the ship, SSV Reliant. He only has one thing on his mind: revenge against Shepard.

There's going to be a romance DLC for ME3 MP, you will get the option to date other people's characters. If you select all the right dialogue choices you will bang them in the shuttle after extraction.
