I know it's not related to mods and stuff, but EA Tech Suppport isn't helpful either. But does anyone here know how to fix this crash? If I shutdown my laptop, it will work fine for some time, but then later it starts to crash again, and I hate shutting down my computer just to fix it.

Try toc update, usually it is the last mod you installed, might have to repair. Sorry.
