Sure i don't mind. It's a weird one. My Shep is a vanguard, My out-of-combat ability is Nova. I also get to have a bonus power. The problem is the only bonus power that works is the one that i chose from the beginning at the character creation, the Armor-Piercing Ammo. And i NEED the defense matrix. It's essential to me. Nova, Charge, Shockwave, Defense Matrix are all very essential to me. But i couldn't unlock the defense matrix at the character creation, Have to talk to EDI after the citadel coup to unlock it, So i temporarily chose the Armor-Piercing Ammo. I think the problem is that i unlocked the nova out-of-combat power before the armor-piercing ammo at Mars. Been trying to prove my theory and to attempt to fix the bug. No success till now. Though my theory is pretty much confirmed to be true, But I'm still not sure.

yes, I know. I went to med bay and purchased the defense matrix, But the only change it does is that it turns the eighth slot to a blank one. Same case with Slam and all the other bonus powers.
