Was there another save editor for Mass Effect 2?

It has been years since I played ME 2 or 3 and now I have a bit of a yearning to play them again. 

 

But wasn't there another save editor besides the gibbed save editor?

 

I remeber using a program back in 2012 that let you turn off the AI or have them not see you on the map?

 

It used to be availale on the bioware forums back then too..

 

Anyone know the program I am thinking of?

Is this what you're thinking of? http://social.biowar...m/project/4715/ It's not a save editor, but it does allow you to make the AI blind.
