I plan on making my Inquisitor a rough tumble, carta, surface, dwarf so I'll be choosing mostly direct dialogue options. The way Dragon Age 2 handled an aggressive character has me slightly concerned though. Aggressive Hawke, and the aggressive dialogue options, made him a massive jerk most of the time. I want my Inquisitor to be tough but I don't want him to be a jerk. Please don't make Direct Inquisitor a douchebag.

I'm hoping direct is neutral but to the point. Getting angry and jerky with people should be a separate option for special occasions.
Can people please stop asking for major game changes a month before release?
It's not like they were going to rewrite half the game for one thread's benefit at any stage in development. Think of it as a discussion of what might happen and what people would like next time.

The direct dialogue options in DA2 were separate from the aggressive ones. You just didn't have the option to be direct very often.
