I was never around the forums much back then, and when i was I mostly just lurked. I had pre-ordered ME3 as soon as it was available to do so, and I stayed away from spoilers as much as possible -- kinda the same as I'm trying to do with DA:I now.

I don't want to defend the Citadel coup arc but really every action/adventure/rpg game counts on the villains being stupid otherwise they wouldn't lose. The challenge is in trying to mask their stupidity somehow, something ME3 doesn't really bother to do.

When his promo stuff came out, I thought he was incredibly attractive. Ironic thing was, I was romancing Thane. I got over that attraction real quick in the game.

He was only slow because he wasn't running. We never did get an answer about wether or not Kai Lengs legs were tired either, from all that running.....
Give Mark Meer all the credit in the world though "That was for Thane you son of a ******!" Is one of the best lines in the franchise.
Ninjato doesn't exist there is only Chokuto. Like the Rest of Mass Effect 3, Kai Leng suffers from Bad writing than poor design, indoctrination or both. Bad writing will make the best designs look stupid as hell.
I didn't think anyone could actually like Kai-Leng; "hot" or not. He was written to be hated kind of like Joffrey in Game of Thrones.
