I think none of the DA2 companions (except for Varric) are confirmed to be in DA2. In fact, there hasn't even really been a mention of them at all.

I can't say for sure, but I'm guessing she and the other LIs will make a token appearance, at the very least.

Varric will probably have something to say about Isabella, as well as all of Hawke's other companions. He's a mensch that way.

She hasn't been mentioned, but since she's one of the few companions guaranteed to live through DA2 (she survives even if given to the Arishok) and she knows both Varric and Alistair (both confirmed to be there) she probably has the highest chance of a companion appearing of appearing in DAI other than Varric.
Not all the LIs will be in Inquisition, though - that's known. Anders' voice actor said he was never contacted, and one of the devs implied that Fenris's voice actor would be voicing a non-Fenris role only in DAI. I don't know if anyone's asked her current voice actor if she's in it.
Isabela's previous vocie actor (from DAO) has been confirmed, but only for Queen Anora

Flemeth is confusing but let's face it. Sandal IS the DUES EX MACHINA of Dragon Age. When they get tired of this world the end scene of Dragon Age will be Sandal laying waste to every problem we couldn't solve with "not enchantment" and Thedas will be either smoking hole in the universe or peaceful forever after.
To tell you the truth I actually have this Theory that Sandal is actually the Star Child from ME3 too. Just hiding that fact through that illusion like form.

well Hawke will show up...and I'm guessing we may have to choose our LI . And mine was Isabela all the way....So there is that reason .
