I know I'm ignoring the intended focus point of this .gif, but I just noticed that the ping pong appears in mid-air before she hits it and now that's all I see.
It also disappears midair.

What sabreracer said. You can also copy the URL and insert it between [ flash ] [ /flash ] (but without spaces)

For a non-youtube video, remove the asterisks:
[*url=www.site.com]Whatever text you put here will appear underlined[*/url]
For a youtube video, you can embed it directly (remove asterisks):
[*youtube]www.site.com[*/youtube]

I've played on RedJohns host and while that was interesting this was another magnitude beyond
